Issues with Google Calendar Imports

Hi, I am still having issues with Google Calendar not importing the correct titles/times for events. I have tried deleting all the events and the import and re-running the import but it still doesn’t grab the same information that you see when the Google Calendar is viewed. I have tried using both the Import Origin of Google Calendar and ICS file as well as the import type of One time and a scheduled import; but it doesn’t seem to make a difference.

Example: On the actual Google Calendar for November 7th, there should be a game “Girls Varsity Home Soccer Match vs Forest Lake Academy” but when I preview and pull in the calendar using EA it’s bringing over “Girls varsity soccer practice.”

Under Event Update Authority it is set to Overwrite my event with any changes from the original source.

I am at a loss here on what to do to get this working for my client who is getting upset as this is holding up their site going live.
