KeymasterHi Tamara,
Thanks for contacting support. You can remove a credit card from your account by logging into your account and clicking on “My Account” on the top right. Then click “Payment Methods” on the far left and this is where you will see your card with an option to remove it.
Hope that helps!
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi Todd,
Sorry you are experiencing issues. Extensions are usually “use with caution” since they are not part of the core plugin. However, We may be able to trouble shoot this.
Does this error appear on the Map view page and if so does it go away when deactivating the plugin?
I’m not seeing it on your site so I assume its deactivated.
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi Joel,
Thanks for the question. Our Events Ticket Plus plugin works with Woocommerce so once the user adds the event ticket, they will be redirected to your Woocommerce checkout page. you can also add multiple ticket options for event and campsite. We also do offer a 30 day refund if you purchase and feel it doesn’t solve your needs. You can review more about Events Tickets Plus here: https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-event-tickets-plus/
Hope this information helps!
Thanks,

KeymasterHi Rob,
Thanks for the email and I apologize you are having issues. Two things I would check, first, it looks like the error referenced is in regards to the jetpack plugin. So you might want to try disabling that one. Second, you can contact your hosting company and see if they can raise your memory limit to 256mb.
If the above options do not work, please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG . This will create a debug.log file inside the /wp-content directory.
After that, try navigating a few times into the page where you are having the issue, so that in case there is an error, it will be saved into the debug.log file.
Please share that log file with us so we can spot the problem from there.
Let us know how that goes.
Thanks,

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for the question! Out of the box, we do not have this feature. There is an unofficial way to accomplish this by adding an extension. Keep in mind, we do not support extensions and they are not part of our core plugin. If you do choose to use this, you will need to install and activate the attached plugin. Once that is complete you can use the shortcodes found here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/listing-venues-and-organizers/
Make note that you can either use the word “exclude” or “include” in the shortcode respectively.

Hope this makes sense and good luck!

KeymasterHi Alicia,
Our plugins work well with cycling clubs. Depeding on your needs you may need to purchase premium plugins. For example, if you are wanting recurring events you will want to get Events Calendar Pro and if you need to charge money for these events you will need Events Tickets Plus. Best bet is to install the free versions of these plugins to see if they work for your needs and you can always upgrade later. We also offer a 30-day full refund if you choose to purchase and for whatever reason it doesn’t work, we can refund you.
Hope this answers your questions!
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan

KeymasterHi there Travis,
Thanks for getting in touch with us and for you interest in our products ?
Event Tickets Plus works with various e-commerce frameworks: WooCommerce, Easy Digital Downloads, WP-Ecommerce or Shopp. Each e-commerce plugin supports various payment method, some of them out of the box some of them via extensions.
For the particular combo you are asking about: Square + WooCommerce, that seems possible with the Square for WooCommerce extension. This should play nicely with our ticketing plugins, as once the tickets are added to the cart the payment is processed entirely by the e-commerce plugin (Woo in this case).
Anyway I suggest you try this out, while we don’t have a trial period, you can go ahead and purchase the products for testing. If you decide they are not what you are looking for, you can ask for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. For more information take a look at our refund policy. WooCommerce has a very similar policy for their extensions.
Please let me know if there’s anything else I can help you with,
Best,

KeymasterHi Janet,
I went ahead and refunded the Events Calendar Pro to your PayPal account. Please allow 3-5 days for this to process. I’m glad Events Tickets Plus is working for you.
Please let us know if you need anything else.
Thanks,

KeymasterHi Micdevin,
I see you are having issues with the QR scanner only giving you a URL. You are almost there. For the scan functionality to work as a check-in, you absolutely need to be logged in to the website with a proper account. Of course site admin works but you could customize the role required with a plugin such as Members.
This will give you that dummy login functionality.
Let me know if this works.
Thanks,
BrendanBrendan
KeymasterHi Thomas,
Thanks for the response. Unfortunately there is always a window of time when there is a mismatch in some cases depending on when items are uploaded and compared. Definitely keep an eye out for modified js or php files since they are vulnerable to attacks and I would have Wordfence run a automatic daily scan.
Thanks and stay safe,

KeymasterHello,
Thanks for the system info. I am not seeing any conflicts with the list view. I select list and it shows up. Are you able to send a screenshot of what happens when you select list?

Thanks,
BrendanNovember 6, 2017 at 3:30 pm in reply to: REST API parameter format for start_date and end_date #1376521Brendan
KeymasterHi Shaun,
My apologies, I see now what you are trying to get from the REST API. We do have a known bug with the REST URL in regards to start/end times. Technically you should be using
%20but the bug is preventing the REST URL to get to that point. This is in the works for a fix and I have added this ticket to get notified as soon as its resolved. Thanks,
