    Hi Rasmus,

    Thanks for getting in touch!

    An Event Aggregator license already includes multisite support for up to 10 sites. If you need support for additional sites, then you can purchase additional licenses with each license counting for 10 more sites.

    Does this help answer your question? Please let me know. ?

    Thanks,
    Brendan

    Hi Erlend,

    I see you have tried the following:

    Deactivated all other plugins? Yes
    Switched to a default theme? Yes

    Did you happen to notice a difference when deactivating all other plugins or switching to a default WordPress theme, like Twenty Seventeen? What happens if you try deactivating all plugins and switching to the Twenty Seventeen theme together? Do you notice a difference then?

    If you see no difference in those conditions, then we’ll need to do some deeper troubleshooting.

    Thanks,
    Brendan

    Hi dpeschio,

    Unfortunately, this is an issue we are already aware of and the team will address it in a future maintenance release of our plugins.

    I will set this thread’s status to “Pending fix” and link it to the report so we can let you know as soon as a bugfix is released.

    I apologize for the inconvenience and we’d appreciate your patience.

    Thanks,
    Brendan

    Hi Sascha,

    Thanks for the email! If you just need to add charges for tickets, Events Ticket Plus will work with the free Events Calendar. If you are going to add event tickets to recurring events then you will need the Events Calendar Pro as well to add that feature. You can read more on what the Pro version offers here:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/product/wordpress-events-calendar-pro/

    Hope this answers your question and let us know if we can answer any other questions.

    Thanks,
    Brendan

    Hi Chris,

    I will be happy to help with your styling adjustment. Looks like you are using the Avada shortcode on this page so you can target the fusion builder to make this change.

    Place this code in your theme under Avada > Theme Options > Custom CSS.

    .fusion-events-meta h2 { font-size: 18px !important; }

    Let me know if that works for you.

    Thanks,
    Brendan

    Hello Nicolas,

    We are sorry to hear about the QR Codes not displaying in your emails.
    I would love to help you with this topic.

    This is probably caused by your email client, firewall or anti-virus blocking remote images.

    But, just to be extra sure, I’d like to dig deeper.

    By the looks of it, I am pretty certain the issue stems from a plugin or theme conflict.

    To make sure what the cause is, could you also please go through our testing for conflicts procedure (preferably in a staging/dev environment or local install of your WordPress website) and let us know what you find out.

    Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.

    If you are unable to perform this in a testing environment or local install, I would highly advise to make a Database backup before you attempt anything.

    I wish I had a better answer for you, but for now it’s the best one I have.

    Let me know how that goes.

    Best regards,
    Brendan

    Hi otakisummercamp,

    Out of the box this feature is not available. I have seen other users use a Woocommerce extension and custom code this to work. However, we do not support this and you would need to have someone develop it for you.

    If you decide to go this route, you can read more about this extension here:

    https://woocommerce.com/products/name-your-price/

    Another option is to add a donation link in the event where attendees can click and donate.

    Hope this answers your question and please let us know if you have any other questions.

    Thanks,
    Brendan

    Hi Erlend,

    Sorry you are having issues on mobile view. I viewed your site in Safari on a mobile phone and was able to change the date. I would like to replicate this issue and do not see any conflicts that stick out right away. Can you tell me what browser you are viewing the site on? Also, when you refer to the inability to change the date, is it when you click on different days in the calendar or the date area in the filter bar?

    Thanks,
    Brendan

    Hi Osyrus,

    Thanks for the question! Users do have the ability to manage their tickets from their account.

    Check out this article showing how this feature works:

    Hope that answers your question.

    Please let us know if we can help you with any other questions.

    Hi Ihtezaz!

    I can definetly help you with this. To make the filters not override the calendar but show above it, you can add the following CSS snippet to your theme (or child theme) stylesheet or via Simple Custom CSS plugin:

    /* Tribe, prevent mobile filter bar from showing over content */
    @media only screen and (max-width: 767px) {
    .tribe-filters-open #tribe_events_filters_wrapper.tribe-events-filters-vertical {
    position: static;
    }
    }

    Please give this a try and let me know if it works for you.

    Best,
    Brendan

    Hi Rivet,

    Thanks for the info! It appears your site is running an older version of jQuery. This plugin is designed to work with the version of jQuery that ships with WordPress. Next steps would be to to update the version of jQuery on your theme. Looking at the errors on the site, it appears the spinner is not loading due to a conflict in jQuery which is causing the events to no populate in list view.

    Here is a helpful article to test for conflicts and look for a possible solution:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/

    Hope that helps and once you get jQuery updated, let us know if the conflict was resolved.

    Thanks,
    Brendan

    Hi dpeschio!

    Great question and thanks for submitting it. In regards to importing events from multiple facebook event pages, this is possible by setting up “scheduled imports”. You can assign a catagory to each venue to organize them as well. Once complete, and imported the event will have a link back to the facebook event post for that specific event. It will also link back to any links in the “details” section of that event.

    Here is a help article on managing scheduled imports:

    https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/managing-your-scheduled-imports-in-event-aggregator/

    Hope this answers your questions and please let us know if we can assist with anything else.

    Thanks,
    Brendan
