Trouble moving license from demo site to live version

Hi,

I have followed the instructions to move my license to a different domain but once I remove the my demo’s site url there is no option to add our live site’s url and the license is still showing up as used on the live site.

Would anyone be able to help me on this?

Hi Stephen,

Sorry you are having issues. Are you able to go into the Event settings > Licenses and change it there or is it grayed out?
