Venue Info Disappears on Event Publication

    My team is experiencing an issue where venue information is disappearing when a post is published.

    Team Member A (writer) creates an event, including venue details, and saves it as a draft.
    Team Member B (editor) reviews the content, then publishes the event with any tweaks.

    When team member A has saved the post as draft, the venue information is present. When team member B opens the post to edit it, the venue information is still present. It’s only when the event is published that the venue information disappears.

    They have been going back in after publishing to re-add the venue data, but we’d prefer to enter all the info at once.

    Any idea how we might be able to troubleshoot this issue?

    Thanks for email support!

    Definitely a strange issue and it may a conflict with another plugin. Can you also try testing for conflicts with your theme and other plugins? If you would prefer not to do this on your live site, WP Staging will let you create a quick copy of your live site that you can use for testing. Let me know what you find!
