KeymasterHello Hans-Gerd and thanks for chiming in!
Some of those strings are coming from other plugins, not Community Events.
“Start/End:” and “All Day Event” are in wp-content\plugins\the-events-calendar\lang\the-events-calendar-de_DE.po
“Event Series” and “Schedule Multiple Events” are in wp-content\plugins\events-calendar-pro\lang\tribe-events-calendar-pro-de_DE.po
Please also do not forget to update these file from the respective .pot files first.
Also, I had trouble getting the “All Day Event” translated. If any of you could confirm that back to me that would be much appreciated.
Let me know how the others work out.
Cheers,
AndrasAndras
KeymasterHi Werner,
Just want to let you know that for the issue with the ‘1’ appearing you can join the thread you quoted. I’ll be helping Nick there to find a solution. Would be happy to have you there so we can work on this together. You know, more eyes… ๐

KeymasterWow! You are lucky to have this ‘1’, Nick !!
Sorry man, high ball. ๐
Joke aside, thanks for reaching out to us with the issue. So far I haven’t been able to reproduce the issue, so I will need a bit of your help to find out the source of this issue.
I checked Werner’s thread where he reported this as well, and it seems like hiding it is not an option.
Please check the following 2 things for me as a start:
When you go to a specific venue in the admin which shows the ‘1’, do you also see it there saved as part of the data?
Please switch to a default theme like twentysixteen and check if the issue exists there. If the ‘1’ doesn’t show up there, then there is something in the theme that makes this happen.
Nick, and Werner also if you can, please let me know what you find out.
Thanks and cheers,
AndrasAndras

KeymasterHello Brian,
We have tweaked the ticket a bit further, as much as our time allowed. You can get a count of remaining tickets separately. For that you will need add another instance of the snippet, but just swap the line of code that cites the Woo class so that it cites the RSVP class instead.
Here’s the snippet again, and you will be able to see the comments in it.

This is as much as we can do about this. I hope this helps.

KeymasterHi Cas,
Did you manage to check what I wrote to you before? Let me know the results and we’ll go further from there.
Thanks,
Andras

KeymasterHey Fifty,
Thanks for sharing that! You were reading my mind, using query monitor would have been my next suggestion so you are one step ahead. ๐
I understand that testing on a live site is not always easy. Would it be possible to make a clone staging site or to create one for testing?

KeymasterHello Mary,
I’m sorry that the issue still persists. And yes, ET+ should (and normally) does create the products in WooCommerce, that is correct.
In case you would like to you can ask for a refund. If you would like to use our plugin for future events though, I would be happy to help you further to solve this issue.
To request a refund please follow our policy outlined here:

KeymasterHi Soula,
Thanks for getting back to me.
I’m sure a developer would be able to help you with customization. Please note that we don’t do customization work, however here is a list of developers from the community who might be able to help you out:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/find-a-customizer/If you find that the plugin doesn’t work for you, you can as for a refund within 30 days of purchase. You can find our refund policy here.
I’m not sure we have an exact scenario like that, but we have a demo site running at http://wpshindig.com
Check that out and let me know if you have any questions. In Events Calendar Pro there is a setting, which will allow you to show only the first instance of every recurring event. You can find the setting under Events > Settings > General tab > Recurring event instances.
I hope this helps. Let me know if you need more guidance.

KeymasterHello Marcus,
Thanks for reaching out to us with this issue. Let me try to help you with this.
Try to update the .po file based on the .pot file. If you are using Poedit to do the translations, then open the .po file, go to Catalog > Update from POT file… and choose the .pot file of the appropriate plugin. That should update the string set and you should be able to translate them.
After translation, don’t forget to upload them to the server. ๐ (I usually forget and am surprised why it’s not working. :chuckle: )
Let me know if that fixes it for you.
Cheers,
AndrasAndras
KeymasterHello Diane,
Thanks for getting in touch and I’m sorry about this issue with the venues and organizers.
As a first I would like to ask you to check 2-3 things:
- Does this happen in a different browser as well?
- Open the web development tools in your browser (usually F12), go to the console tab, reload the page and check if you get any error messages in the console tab
- Please run a test for conflicting plugins / theme based on this guide.
Let me know what you get out from those.
Thanks,
Andras

KeymasterHello Michael,
Thanks for reaching out and I’m sorry you are experiencing an issue with importing.
Our forum is pretty busy and complex and depending on which page you are coming from the order of posts can be very different. Could you please point me to the post you are referring to, so I can give you an update?
Thanks and cheers,

KeymasterHello Jason,
Thanks for reaching out with your issue. I’m really sorry you are having this. I quickly tested and have managed to recreate it. It looks like we have a bug on our hand.
I will file an internal bug ticket for this so our developers can issue a fix. I will set the status of your thread to pending fix, so you will be notified once the fix is out.
Until the fix comes here is a workaround you can do:
- Create a blank page and use one of the shortcodes to create your desired calendar view.
- Set this page as the main page instead of Main events page.
- Set the Posts page to blog as before.
Let me know if this workaround works for you.
Thanks and cheers,
AndrasAndras
KeymasterHello Antonio,
Note, I translated your question with google translate as I don’t speak Spanish, so sorry if I misunderstood something. ๐
Yes, you found it, to be able to set up a ticket with a price + a management fee, you need the Community events plugin. This is not possible with only Event Tickets Plus.
I hope this answers your questions. Is there anything else I can help you with?
Saludos,
Andras -
