ParticipantWe purchased Events Tickets Plus for use on our events subsite. We have the Event Calendar Pro, Event Aggregator all of which work. The site is a multi-site set, an inherited condition from when the project was initiated. The only place we use the Event plugins is on http://www.deepimagery.net/events. None of the plugins are network enabled. Furthermore, we are trying to use the Events Tickets Plus only for ONE event, http://deepimagery.net/events/event/festival-of-the-animals-2017/
The Event Tickets plus consistently displays this error:
It looks like you’re using Event Tickets Plus, but the license key you supplied does not appear to be valid or is missing. Please review and fix so that you can always have access to our latest versions!
In the license settings, however, it says the license is valid altho’ warns about multisite:
“Thank you! You have enabled a valid license. It looks like you are using this license within a multisite network. If you have 11 or more subsites, want network-level management, and/or require automatic updates, you need to upgrade to a multisite license. Read more about license options.”
I have disconnected and reconnected the license a few times to no avail.
Additionally, when I set a ticket to enable sales through woocommerce, it doesn’t save as such and reverts to RSVP.
I disabled all plugins other than Modern Tribe’s, I enabled Twenty Fourteen theme, etc. etc. The errors persist. Can this be fixed? If not, can we get a refund…we just purchased it yesterday… as already, this has taken more time and energy than it offered to save!

KeymasterHello Mary,
Thanks for using our plugins and welcome to the forums! I’m really sorry about this issue you are experiencing and thanks for reaching out to us. Let me try to help you solve these problems.
Based on your system information I see that you are using an outdated versions of Events Calendar Pro and the Filter Bar. As a first step I would like to ask you to update these and re-check if the issue with the WooCommerce ticket exists. Mismatching versions of your plugins can cause glitches like that.
As for the plugin-multisite issue, please give me some time to gather some information. Normally if all the plugins are activated the same way, they should give you the same error message. Or none at all. Not entering a license key will only mean that you don’t get automatic updates for that plugin. But you can always download the latest version from your account and manually upload it to your ftp to get the latest version.
Meanwhile let me know if the update fixes your WooCommerce issue.
Thanks!
Andras

ParticipantHi András, thank you for getting back to me. I upgraded everything, deactivated and activated the plugins but I still cannot get woocommerce to integrate. I have 4 tickets set up in Event Tickets Plus. When I go in to edit ticket, I choose woocommerce, I add price, number of tickets and SKU. I save the ticket. I update the page. I reload the page in the frontend and I still only have RSVP functionality. When I check the backend, the woocommerce information has disappeared and the RSVP radio button is clicked.
As far as I can tell, woocommerce is working. I created a product directly in woocommerce and I can go through the whole checkout process with that product.
I understand from your online help that events Tickets plus should create the product for woocommerce. Is that correct?
To be honest, it is too late for us to get this working. Signup begins tomorrow and I would be better setting up the products in woocommerce directly so that people can pay there.
As a result, I would prefer a refund or a credit, if possible.

KeymasterHello Mary,
I’m sorry that the issue still persists. And yes, ET+ should (and normally) does create the products in WooCommerce, that is correct.
In case you would like to you can ask for a refund. If you would like to use our plugin for future events though, I would be happy to help you further to solve this issue.
To request a refund please follow our policy outlined here:
And we can take care of it.
