KeymasterHi Denise,
Thanks for getting back to me and I’m sorry that I couldn’t be too helpful, this is really beyond our normal support scope.
Nonetheless, I can share with you a <span class=”paragraph”>list of freelancers</span> who are well known names in our community and should be able to help you out. And they are not affiliated with us, just cool cats who know their stuff.
I hope you will be able to get this resolved.
Good luck with your project!

KeymasterOne note I’d like to add, when you are doing refunds or moving tickets from one event to the other, then you will need to adjust the ticket stock for the events manually. Unfortunately that cannot be done automatically yet.

KeymasterHello Chris,
Thanks for using our plugins and for your long support!
I’m sorry about this issues you are having with the attendee numbers. I’d be happy to help you with that.
We are aware of a bug that causes an issue like this. The internal bugticket is already on high priority, so our developers will be looking at it soon.
At the time we are wrapping up our next maintenance release, which will come out later this week if all goes according to plan. Unfortunately this will not be fixed in this one, but hopefully it will make it to the next one. I will be able to give you an update on this early next week, please hang in there.
I am going to set the status of this ticket to “pending fix” and we will update it once the fix is released. If you have any new questions or issues please create a new ticket and we’ll be happy to help.
Thanks and cheers,
AndrasAndras
KeymasterGrüss dich Marcus,
Thanks for reaching out!
Could you share with me the CSV file that you are trying to import? I would like to test this.
I ran a quick test with one of my sample CSV files and all worked well, so there might be something in your that gives this error.
Thanks,

KeymasterHello cchweb,
Thank you for using our plugins and for your continuous support!
I’m really sorry you are experiencing this issue when switching between months. I might be able to help you with this one.
I see that you are using two caching plugins, which are listed as must-use plugins. Caching plugins might give you that behavior. I would recommend you to test the site without those plugins, or if that is not possible, then exclude the calendar pages from caching.
Check and let me know if that helps.

KeymasterHello Ash,
Thanks for using our plugins and welcome to the forums! Sorry about the troubles you are having, let me try to help you with that.
I did a registration on your website and I see what is happening.
What I also discovered is that the registration goes on a secure (https) page, but when I log in, then I’m redirected to a non-secure (http) page.
The links in the meta widget (Admin, Dashboard) don’t work in any case, I guess that’s blocked / redirected.
However, if I log in on the non-secure page, then it redirects me properly to the event submission form.

So try checking something around this. 🙂
I hope this helps!

AndrasJune 12, 2017 at 2:45 pm in reply to: Remove the Next and Previous Event Links with a function? #1296860Andras
KeymasterAnders, this would be the snippet you need to put in your theme’s functions.php file:
add_filter( 'tribe_the_prev_event_link', '__return_empty_string' ); add_filter( 'tribe_the_next_event_link', '__return_empty_string' );But as said you would still be left with some remnant html code.
Hope this helps.

KeymasterHey Anders,
Thanks for reaching out with your question.
I’m not quite sure that is possible. There’s a function call for generating the urls, maybe that could be influenced to return an empty string but you would still have html markup left.
I believe your best bet would be creating a template override of the single event view. If you need some help with that let me know.

KeymasterHello Mark,
The main map page, if there was no search / filtering for any location will always show the map in a way that all the pins are visible. With lots of pins the map doesn’t / wouldn’t know where to zoom in.
If you search for a specific location in the search bar, then the map will zoom in based on the settings under Events > Settings > General tab > Map Settings > Map view search distance limit.
Hope this clarifies.
Cheers,

KeymasterHallo Marcus,
Could you please clarify which cron it didn’t work with?
Also, please enable error logging under Events > Help (screenshot) and check if you see any Event Aggregator related data appear after a while.
To start also checking on another thread, would it be possible to set up a new blank site on the same server (maybe under a subdomain?) with our plugins only and test if the scheduled imports are running there?
Thanks,
Andras

KeymasterHello again,
Thanks for sharing your system information with me. I see your system is up to date, that is a great start.
I have checked this feature on my test installation and all works good.
As a next step I would like to ask you to go through our guide for testing conflicts. This will help us discover if any of the other plugins are influencing this behavior.
Please let me know what you find.
Thanks and cheers,

KeymasterHi Karoliina,
I’m happy to hear you’re making progress.
I hope you’ll manage to get WooCommerce and WPML working as well.
Is there a way to automatically add the ticket header image to the woocommerce products that the ticket plugin creates?
No, unfortunately there is no automatic way to do this, but could be done with some custom coding. Unfortunately we cannot do and support customizations like that, but I can share with you a <span class=”paragraph”>list of freelancers who should be able to help you out with this.</span>
As for your suggestions, thank you very much. I would like to encourage you to visit our User Voice Page where we collect these kind of suggestions and either upvote an existing request or make a new request there. Thanks!
Let me know if there is anything else I can help you with regarding this topic.
Cheers,
