KeymasterHello Shah,
Thanks for reaching out!
At the moment that is not a supported feature of our plugin.
Maybe it can be done in a very hacky way, but it’s not supported.
Where would you want the search results to appear after clicking on the search button?

KeymasterHi bibliofille,
Thanks for using our plugins and welcome to the forums!
Sorry about this issue. Let me help you figure this one out. There are a couple of things we can look at.
- Please check the start sale and end sale dates of the ticket that doesn’t show up. (screenshot) Is the ticket already / still on sale based on those dates?
-
Switch to a default theme like twentyseventeen and check if you have the issue with that as well.
-
Please install our free The Events Calendar plugin and activate it. Create an event in the future and add 2 tickets to it, preferably with the same settings as to the custom post. Do both of the tickets show up for the event?
Let me know what you find and we’ll continue from there.

KeymasterHello Webmaster,
Thanks for reaching out to us and welcome to the forums!
What you see, that the pub date is the event’s start date in the RSS feed is the default behavior of our plugin.
Please let me know if I can help you any further.

KeymasterHey Todd,
Thanks for reaching out! I’m sorry about this PayPal issue.
If you purchase a regular WooCommerce product – which has no connection to any ticket – with PayPal, does that order get automatically completed? Can you please check and let me know?
Thanks,

KeymasterHello Alec,
Thanks for using our plugins and welcome to the forums!
I checked your site and couple events, and I do see an add to cart button on the single event pages. (screenshot) Did you manage to fix this in the meantime?
If you are still experiencing the problem then the first step would be to check if the button is there without the custom single-events.php file. Easiest way to do this is to switch to a default theme.
Let me know what you find.

KeymasterHello Dan,
Thanks for reaching out!
I’m sorry, I’m not quite sure I understand what you mean by
I need to filter venues on TRIBE_EVENTS_LIST and TRIBE_THIS_WEEK.
Could you give me some context and more details of what you would like to achieve?
Although this looks like a customization, which is beyond the coverage of our support, I can try to give you some pointers on what can be done.
Cheers,
AndrasAndras
KeymasterOf you are still having an issue with the cache / CDN off, then please also share your system information with me. Thanks!

KeymasterHi Noah,
Thanks for going Pro and welcome to the forums!
Sorry about this issue with the event not appearing. Let me try to help you out with this one.
I checked your map view and the event doesn’t even show up in the list there. If you are using some caching or CDN, then clear the cache or even better, disable caching to see if that resolves the issue.
Let me know the results.

KeymasterHi Evan,
Thanks for getting in touch! This is an awesome question.
To be able to give you a 100% valid answer can you share with me an event from your website and the ical export file so I can compare?
My hunch at the moment is that the times and dates are correct in the ical export as well. In the export you might see dates in this format:
DTSTART:20180109T211456ZThe ‘Z’ at the end means that the time and date before it is in the UTC timezone, which at the moment happens to be 7 hours ahead vs. Denver.
But as said, this is a hunch only. I would need to see the site / event and the export file to give you a proper answer.

KeymasterHello ifaman,
Thanks for reaching out to us!
I’m sorry you are experiencing some issues. Let me try to help you with this.
At the moment recurring events do get the date of the recurrence in the url / slug. That is how we can distinguish between the different instances of a recurring event.
When a recurrence rule is changed and the event is updated, then all the previous recurrences are deleted and then re-created. If the dates have changed, then they will get a new url / slug.
I’m not quite sure how that plays out on translated events, if the date changes carry over or not. Might be that the translations need to be deleted and re-created as well.
The only solution that comes to my mind is what you wrote above, insert url redirections. Or the alternative would be not using the recurrence rules for recurring events, but creating them manually.
I hope this gives a bit of clarity. Let me know if you have any further questions regarding this topic.

KeymasterHi prebenjensen,
Thanks for reaching out to us. Great questions, let me try to help you with them.
Some of the issues might be caused by a conflict or an override in the theme that you are using. To check that please switch to a default theme like twentyseventeen and check if the issues still exist.
It would also be great if you could go through our conflict testing guide to see if any other plugins are influencing these issues.
Let me know what you find. And we’ll work from there.

KeymasterHello Fabel Media AS,
Thanks for your questions! Let me help you with them.
Is it so that deleted events wont sync with the events calendar?
That is true. At the moment if you delete an event from an external calendar then it will not sync with your Events Calendar, so it will not be deleted from there. This is a feature which we have on our long term roadmap but at the moment I cannot say when it will become reality.
when he renames his events in google calendar, it creates a new event in events calendar instead of updating it
I will investigate this, please give me some time.
Meanwhile please check what is the setting under Events > Settings > Import tab > Event Update Authority. Thanks!
Also please be so kind and share your system information with me.
Thanks and cheers,
