MemberHi Sinethemba,
Thanks for following up.
2. I’m sorry for the confusion here. Unfortunately, that is not a built-in functionality of our plugins.
Is there anything else I can help you with? Let me know.
Best,
VictorVictor
MemberThanks for confirming Lauren! 🙂
Since you marked this “Resolved” I’ll go ahead and close this thread now, but feel free to open a new topic if anything comes up and we’ll be happy to help.
Good luck with your project,

MemberHi John!
I’m sorry to know you are having that issue. Let me help you with the troubleshooting.
Could you please first share with us your system information by following this guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/ ? We’ll see if there is anything strange that would indicate an error from there.
Please try setting your permalinks structure as it indicates in the following article to see if any difference > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/permalinks-best-practices/
We always suggest to setup a dev/staging site so you can test things out without disrupting the live site.
If you see no difference, then it could be a conflict with your theme, another plugin or even some custom code. To make sure we are not dealing with a conflict, please go through the steps outlined in our Testing for Conflicts guide and see if you can reproduce the same issue under default conditions.
Let us know how that goes.
Thanks,
VictorVictor
MemberHi Kristin,
I’m sorry to hear you are having that problem with our latest update.
I’m not able to reproduce that error on my end, so let me help you with the troubleshooting.
First, I’d suggest to setup a dev/staging site so you can test things out without disrupting the live site.
It sounds like it could be a Javascript conflict. So, in your staging site please update to the latest versions and see if there are any console errors by inspecting the page when selecting a category or tag? We have an article that explains how to do that here > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/using-google-chrome-developer-tools/
When coming back, please share with us your system information by following this guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/. We’ll see if there is anything strange that would indicate an error from there.
Thanks,

MemberHi There!
I’m sorry to hear you are having trouble with the check-in. Let me help you with the troubleshooting.
First, are you able to manually check-in your attendees from the event attendees page?
Please make sure that you are logged in with your admin user before scanning a QR code.
Could you please share with us, in a private reply, the url that is scanned in one of your QR codes?
As a reference, let me share with you the following article about the QR codes > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/using-qr-codes-event-tickets-plus/
Let me know about that.
Thanks,
VictorVictor
MemberHi Michael,
I’m sorry to hear about that problem.
We are not aware of any issues like that with our latest release. so let me help you find the source of the problem.
First, when you say your site went down, could you please let us know more about this? Did you get any errors?
Please share with us your system information by following this guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/ ? We’ll see if there is anything strange that would indicate an error from there.
Also, could you please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG ? This will create a debug.log file inside the /wp-content directory.
After that, try reproducing the issue a few times, so that in case there is an error, it will be saved into the debug.log file. Please share that log file with us so we can see if any problem from there.
We always suggest to setup a dev/staging site so you can test things out and make all plugins, theme and WordPress core updates without disrupting the live site. And I’d recommend you make a full backup of your site so in case something goes wrong you can always restore your site.
Please let me know how that goes.
Thanks,
VictorVictor
MemberHi Joshua!
Thanks for getting in touch with us.
I’m sorry to hear you didn’t get an email notification. We do send an email when one of your license is about to expire. Could you please check your spam folder and see if it ended up there somehow?
Not having an active license does not limit any of the plugins functionality, so everything should work fine.
Let me help you with the Google Calendar issue. Could you please let me know where are you deleting the events from?
Let me note that deleting them from Google Calendar won’t automatically remove them from your site. You will have to manually delete events from your site if that’s what you need to accomplish.
Let me know about it.
Thanks,
VictorVictor
MemberHola Diego!
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you out with this.
Are you not able to make any translation work or just some strings? If some strings, please let me know which ones and/or share with me a link to where I can see them.
There may be some translation strings missing for Spanish, but will mainly depend on the current state of the translation for each language. You can check and download all our plugins translations from http://translations.theeventscalendar.com/projects/
Additionally, let me point you to the following article about translating our plugins > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/translating-the-events-calendar/
Let me know how it goes and feel free to reach out in Spanish if you feel more comfortable doing so.
Best,

MemberHi Gianni!
Thanks for getting in touch with us! Let me try to help you with this topic.
According to Polylang, The Event Calendar is compatible with Polylang Pro 2.2 > https://polylang.pro/polylang-2-2/
We did run quite a few extensive tests ourselves (with Polylang Pro) and for the most part, the Events Calendar and the Events Calendar Pro are running great (minus a few details).
I know for a fact that some of our customers have also been successful using Polylang alongside our other plugins such as Event Tickets, Event Tickets Plus, Community Events and Filter Bar.
However, that last list has not been extensively tested on our end yet.
We would love to get feedback from users on their experience too.Is it possible to create several events with different languages on one website?
Yes, you should be able to do this using Polylang.
How do I return the English ad to German?
I’m not sure I understand exactly the problem you are having. Could you please let us know more about this? Are you using Polylang PRO? You can share some screenshots of the problem if you want.
When coming back, please share with us your system information by following this guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/. We’ll see if there is anything strange that would indicate an error from there.
Thanks,
