    I tried the troubleshooting tips as well as deactivating all plugins except Event Calendar and Event Calendar Pro and switching to twentyfifteen. Issue persists. Also tried on local version, in case the issue was with server.

    Hi. Sorry you’re experiencing this long-outstanding bug. I know our developers are working on this issue, but I’m unsure when it might be ready for a release. (Also, we don’t provide ETAs.)

    I’ll mark this ticket as Pending Fix, which means this thread should receive a reply once the applicable fix has been released. I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed as it’s in the development team’s hands.

    Wow, big disappointment. I only renewed the plugin in order to use this feature. And now after wasting time and money trying to get it working I will need to look for another events plugin.

    How do I go about getting a refund?
