    When I scan a ticket, I get redirected to the shop, not to the check in. I have the wordpress opened and tried quickmark and the webbased one you suggested. Please help!

    Hi There!

    I’m sorry to hear you are having trouble with the check-in. Let me help you with the troubleshooting.

    First, are you able to manually check-in your attendees from the event attendees page?

    Please make sure that you are logged in with your admin user before scanning a QR code.

    Could you please share with us, in a private reply, the url that is scanned in one of your QR codes?

    It’s because you did not login to your wp-admin in you web browser and also with an account with the right accesss rights
