MemberHi Alison!
I’m sorry to hear you are still having problems with your Eventbrite imports. Let me help you with that.
First, please make sure you are using the latest versions of our plugins. Remember you can always download our plugins from your downloads page > https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/
Could you please navigate to your WP Admin > Events > Help and send us a screenshot of your Event Aggregator System Status ?
Also, could you please try refreshing your Eventbrite API connection by going to your WP Admin > Events > Settings > APIs tab? Does it work after that?
Thanks,

MemberHi Lara!
Thanks for getting in touch with us!
You will need to setup your Event Aggregator license. Please follow the steps in https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/finding-and-inputting-your-license-key/ to activate your Event Aggregator license in your site.
Once you are done with that, you will be able to import events from Eventbrite with the event URL. Simply navigate to your WP Admin > Events > Imports and select Eventbrite as the import source.
The first time you import from Eventbrite, you’ll be prompted to log in to Eventbrite and then allow Event Aggregator to connect with your Eventbrite account. This will allow Event Aggregator to “talk” to that source and gather events data.
You can also review your connection by going to Events → Settings → APIs.
Let me share the following article that will get you started with Event Aggregator > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/new-user-primer-event-aggregator/
I hope that helps. Let me know if any follow up question.

MemberHi Mark!
I’m sorry to hear you are having that issue. I’d be happy to help you with the troubleshooting.
First, please make sure you are using the latest versions of our plugins. Remember you can always download our plugins from your downloads page > https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/
If you still experience the issue after updating, it may be a conflict with your theme, another plugin or even some custom code. So, to make sure we are not dealing with a conflict, please go through the steps outlined in our Testing for Conflicts guide and see if you can reproduce the same issue under default conditions.
If you can, then please share with us a screenshot of the ticket editor for that specific event so we can have as reference and we’ll try to reproduce on our end.
Thanks,
VictorVictor

MemberHi Rufaro,
Thanks for following up.
Yes, it’s the first item in the changelog for Event Tickets 4.7.4 “Fix – Properly calculate existing stock for RSVPs.”
Testing in a staging environment is indeed suggested to make sure nothing else breaks for your site before updating it.
Please let us know how it goes and if any follow up question.

Victor
MemberThanks for coming back with your system information.
I don’t see anything that would indicate an error and you are using latest versions of our plugins.
From the screenshot you sent, I can see you have many “Once” instances, could you please let me know how many of this instances does the event have?
When editing the event, could you please see if there are any console errors by inspecting the page? We have an article that explains how to do that here > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/using-google-chrome-developer-tools/
Additionally, I see you have tried the following:
- Deactivated all other plugins? Yes
- Switched to a default theme? Yes
Did you happen to notice a difference when deactivating all other plugins or switching to a default WordPress theme, like Twenty Seventeen? What happens if you try deactivating all plugins and switching to the Twenty Seventeen theme together? Do you notice a difference then?
If you see no difference in those conditions, then we’ll need to do some deeper troubleshooting.
Thanks,
VictorVictor
