    I have an event with a capacity of 10. I sold 2 tickets, which show up accurately in admin view. But the number of tickets available on the event page shows “6 out of 10 available.” Any ideas?

    Hi Mark!

    I’m sorry to hear you are having that issue. I’d be happy to help you with the troubleshooting.

    First, please make sure you are using the latest versions of our plugins. Remember you can always download our plugins from your downloads page > https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/

    If you still experience the issue after updating, it may be a conflict with your theme, another plugin or even some custom code. So, to make sure we are not dealing with a conflict, please go through the steps outlined in our Testing for Conflicts guide and see if you can reproduce the same issue under default conditions.

    If you can, then please share with us a screenshot of the ticket editor for that specific event so we can have as reference and we’ll try to reproduce on our end.
