How are we able to hide the Federal State (which is USA only) per default?
As we are not located in the US we dont need it anyway. Thanks

MemberHi Brian. I’m not sure exactly where you’re seeing USA States, but if the Country is selected as something other than the United States, its states shouldn’t be appearing.
Please explain (screenshots and links help) further if this doesn’t solve your issue.
Thanks.

MemberThanks for the screenshots. How did you limit to just those countries, and what is the link I can view the form at?

MemberThanks for those screenshots. Here’s a video of how it should work by default, using all the latest versions: http://cl.ly/0h2j3K0l2A40
Could you please make sure all your Modern Tribe plugins (and WordPress core) are at their latest versions?
Once you verify you’re on the latest versions, please test to see if the issue is still happening for you.
If it is, please follow our Testing for Conflicts Guide and see if that helps narrow down the cause of this.
If it doesn’t, please share your System Information. That will give me a lot of extra information to help diagnose the problem.
Let us know what you find out.
Thanks.

MemberAh, you were talking about the Venue screen in the wp-admin Event/post edit screen. I was able to reproduce this issue.
I’ll mark this ticket as Pending Fix, which means this thread should receive a reply once the applicable fix has been released. I cannot guarantee when it will be fixed as it’s in the development team’s hands now. They need to assign it, code it, test it, and schedule it for release. I apologize for this issue and appreciate your understanding and patience.

ParticipantHavent you been able to fix that for the latest Bugfix-Release?
June 24, 2016 at 7:58 am #1131499Cliff
MemberAs previously stated, the bug is in the development team’s hands now. Bug fixing is prioritized according to many factors.
I believe you’d be able to easily hide the select box with CSS as a workaround until such time as the bug fix is released (whenever that may turn out to be).
Please let me know if you need help crafting such CSS code.
