ParticipantI am part of a thread of inquiries regarding Eventbrite Events are not importing. I have followed the instructions from an email regarding this issue and have clicked yes to Share my system info with the Modern Tribe support team.
My Eventbrite events have not been transferring for about two weeks and I do need to have this resolved since my website is Event oriented . Thank you so much.

ParticipantThis is the message I receive when trying to Import from Eventbrite.
There was an error fetching the results from your import: There may be an issue with the Event Aggregator server. Please try your import again later.
Also, in my WordPress Dashboard this message is there constantly.
Currently migrating Eventbrite events to ensure proper data is displayed when editing.
I have uninstalled all of my plugins, plus Event Calendar and Event Calendar Pro and reinstalled all and still not working.
I’ve also checked off allow Modern Tribe to access my system settings.

I’m sorry to hear you are still having problems with your Eventbrite imports. Let me help you with that.
First, please make sure you are using the latest versions of our plugins. Remember you can always download our plugins from your downloads page > https://theeventscalendar.com/my-account/downloads/
Could you please navigate to your WP Admin > Events > Help and send us a screenshot of your Event Aggregator System Status ?
Also, could you please try refreshing your Eventbrite API connection by going to your WP Admin > Events > Settings > APIs tab? Does it work after that?

Just wanted to let you know that we’ve just released a fix on our Event Aggregator server to address the Eventbrite Imports issue.
There is no need to update anything on your end, but do make sure you are using the latest version of The Events Calendar and Eventbrite Tickets, which I see you already are 🙂

Please try your imports again and let us know if they work on your end.
