    I’m sorry you are experiencing that issue. Let me help you with the troubleshooting.

    Just to confirm, are you experiencing issues with other emails from your site? For example, when you register a new WordPress user, does the email confirmation go through? If not, then you should see if there any problems with your email server configuration.

    Hi There!

    Thanks for following up with this.

    In your link I can create a venue, but cannot create an organizer. I think there is a chance you are confusing the “Add another organizer” button with the ability to create an organizer.

    If you click the dropdown options for Venue and Organizer you will see the difference. See here > https://cloudup.com/cqBOiH61r1f

    Hi Matt!

    It seems the screenshots did not attach somehow, but as you said you never changed them from default I then tested with default settings.

    Unfortunately I’m still unable to reproduce the exact same issue.

    Just to confirm about your tests before, did you try resending the tickets via order panel? did you get the same result placing a new order?

    If so, could you please create a fresh test site? this will avoid any disruption to your live site and ensure that we’ve effectively got a “clean canvas” to work with.

    • Install a fresh copy of WordPress in a subdirectory (if you have a CPanel-type hosting account there will probably be a one-click install script to make this really easy)
    • Don’t install anything except The Events Calendar, Events Tickets, Event Tickets Plus and Woocommerce
    • Enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG
    • Please also stick to a default theme (no need to install anything else just yet)
    • Create a new event so we have with a ticket in it and place an order for it.
    • Can you replicate the same problem? Did anything change?

    If you find you can replicate the problem under these conditions it would be awesome if you could stop and let us know so we can take a look while the site is still running under default conditions, and also share with us the debug.log file

    I will kindly ask you to answer the following questions about this new installation:

    • Are you having the same “Add to Cart” button issue as before? What happens when you click the add to cart button now?
    • Can you reproduce the duplicate orders issue?

    If you are still experiencing the “Add to Cart” button issue, could you please try placing the following snippet of code into your theme’s functions.php file and see if that changes anything?

    Could you please share with us a link to the test event you set up so we can have a closer inspection and see if we can spot anything there?

    I’m really sorry you are experiencing this. Rest assured the dev team is actively working on a fix and it is of high priority at the moment.

    I will link this thread to the bug report so we can let you know as soon as the fix is released.

    We’re trying to get it fixed asap, in fact, could you please try the snippet Zach provided here and let us know if it works as a temporary solution?

    I know you had to downgrade to version 4.5.1 but if you happen to have a staging/dev site where you can try it out, we’d be thankful for your feedback.

    My apologies for the delay here. We’ve been having a higher demand in our forums for the last days. That with some unexpected changes in our team has led to some delays.

    Let me help you troubleshoot that issue.

    Just to confirm a few settings, are those missing events published and publicly visible?

    Could you please send me a link to the page where you are not seeing the events in? Is it the main events calendar or one embedded using a shortcode?

    Also, please let me know the link to at least one of those events that are not showing.

    Last but not least, please make sure the system info you shared with is the latest > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/sharing-sys-info/

    Thanks for getting in touch! Let me help you with this.

    At the moment, the tribe_events shortcode does not support the tag attribute or multiple categories. You can see all the options available for the tribe_events shortcode here > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/embedding-calendar-views-tribe_events-shortcode/

    We currently have an idea in our uservoice here > https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/17455246-tribe-events-shortcode-support-multiple-categories so I encourage you to vote for it so it can be taken into account for a future feature release cycle.

    Unfortunately, we don’t currently have a simple way to show the Filter Bar on the calendars when using the shortcode. Though, It could be done with some custom coding in place. I’ve also found this idea here https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/17840326-make-filter-bar-compatible-with-shortcoded-calenda

    Thanks for coming back with the screenshots and the system info.

    I could reproduce the same behaviour and could track down a report we already have about this. So, I will set this thread’s status to “Pending fix” and link it to the report. When a fix has been released for this we’ll notify you about it.

    In the meantime, like you already did, the workaround is to create a “Once” recurrence for that instance.
