Participantplus there is a bug in the Woo ordering part (i assume in Woo) that is causing people’s orders to be duplicated.
EXAMPLE:
Bob Smith tries to order 2 tickets (in one order). The system creates 2 or 3 or 4 orders (of 2 tickets). Could be an error message show to Bob so Bob clicks “ENTER/SUBMIT/ORDER” again..?Seems that these haven’t synced since May 27, 2017

The orders that may seem duplicates have different order numbers as well as different order status. For example, I can see 3 cancelled orders for a client named Madison but only 1 complete order for that same client. And those 3 cancelled orders seem to be cancelled by their credit card. You could double check this and enter the cancelled orders and see the order notes to find out more about it.
Regarding the WC orders not synching with the event orders, this seems a strange issue. Could you please see if those latest WC orders are for tickets that match the St. Pete Healthy Lifestyles Event? Perhaps they are from another event?

yes the tickets are for the healthy event they’re not syncing ever since
May 27th.the ones that are cancelled I cancelled those manually

This is a strange issue. Let me help you troubleshoot this.
Just to confirm, could you please see if those orders you see in WooCommerce are indeed for that event ticket? If so, is that the only event you are having trouble with or is it with all other events?
Could you please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share with us the debug.log file located at /wp-content folder?

Thanks for coming back with the log file. Don’t worry about the uploading it, I edited your reply so we don’t have such a long thread and put everything in a zip file.
I could not find anything in the logs that relates directly to our plugins or your specific issue. There is a PHP notice coming from the slicknav-mobile-menu plugin. And also a database error coming from trying to query a table that does not exist (nova535-main-wp-z2cZb1c8.wp_932d74e8a6_esign_documents_stand_alone_docs), probably from your theme.
This could be related to a plugin or theme conflict, so to narrow down the problem, could you please go through the complete steps in this guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/ and let us know what you can find in the process?

ParticipantVictor this is still not syncing here, people are pressing order 3-4 times (meaning 2-3 EXTRA UNWANTED ORDERS) and there is a bug in your end… you have had this for over a week now and no solution, it’s TERRIBLY FRUSTRATING that we get the runaround from you all.. vs solving our issue.
AGAIN PLEASE LISTEN:
#1 People fill out their order and click PLACE ORDER. Nothing seems to happen…there is a small “!” in red at top. YET THE ORDER IS PROCESSED (in the back end).
#2 SO PEOPLE CLICK CLICKING PLACE ORDER over and over, again creating multiple orders for real in the back end.please solve this vs the run a round here. What is your support PHONE NUMBER? Mine 727-642-1526

I’m truly sorry for your issue. Rest assured we are here to help you. But as we cannot reproduce the issue you are having, we really need you to test for conflicts so we can find the source of the problem.
Have you gone through the testing for conflicts guide? Did you happen to notice a difference when deactivating all other plugins (except our own and WooCommerce) or switching to a default WordPress theme, like Twenty Seventeen? What happens if you try deactivating all plugins and switching to the Twenty Seventeen theme together? Do you notice a difference then?
Your last screenshots are really helpful and tell us there might be something wrong in the checkout process. Could you please create a WooCommerce product and see if the error also happens when making a purchase of it?
