    Hello! As described in another thread, we are seeing severe performance issues with the new meta chunker.

    Our web host threatened to disable our production site ($2M revenue) because of the poor performance of your plugin. We had to do an emergency downgrade to 4.5.1.

    I am regretting the purchase of Events Calendar Pro. Can you please provide a substantive update on how you will resolve the performance problems described here?

    I’m really sorry you are experiencing this. Rest assured the dev team is actively working on a fix and it is of high priority at the moment.

    I will link this thread to the bug report so we can let you know as soon as the fix is released.

    We’re trying to get it fixed asap, in fact, could you please try the snippet Zach provided here and let us know if it works as a temporary solution?

    I know you had to downgrade to version 4.5.1 but if you happen to have a staging/dev site where you can try it out, we’d be thankful for your feedback.

    Hi there Chris,

    I just wanted to inform that we included a fix for the ‘meta chunker issue’ in our release shipped last week (release notes).

    Please let us know if you still experience issue after updating the plugins,
