Podrías customizar el template tickets.php ubicado en /wp-content/plugins/event-tickets-plus/src/views/wootickets/ y agregar un condicional para que no muestre el ticket si tiene un stock menor a 1.
Específicamente, podrías modificar la línea 67 para que quede de la siguiente manera:
if ( $ticket->date_in_range( current_time( 'timestamp' ) ) && $ticket_stock > 0 ) {Espero que eso ayude. No dudes en hacer otra pregunta si lo necesitas.

If you want to add additional information to the ticket email, you can do so by customizing the email.php template file located at /wp-content/plugins/event-tickets/src/views/tickets/

Regarding the fields not showing in the My Tickets page, this could be related to a plugin or theme conflict, so could you please go through the complete steps in this guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/testing-for-conflicts/ and let me know what you can find in the process?
Also, please make sure you are using the latest versions of our plugins.

Are you trying to make use of the ‘tribe_tickets_ticket_email_ticket_bottom’ to add some data? Could you please let me know exactly what you’re trying to accomplish so I can help you out?

Parece entonces que hay algún conflicto con el tema Divi. Para confirmar esto, voy a realizar algunas pruebas en mi instalación local para ver que información puedo encontrar respecto a este conflicto y te avisaré ni bien tenga resultados.
Mientras tanto, podrías decirnos si estas customizando de alguna manera alguno de nuestros templates o si tienes algún tipo de código personalizado en el archivo functions.php que esté modificando la funcionalidad de alguno de nuestros plugins?
