MemberHi Derek!
Thanks for trying that out.
We generally don’t accept login credentials due to our liability terms > https://theeventscalendar.com/terms/.
I’ve just seen from your system information that you are using a plugin called The Events Calendar (State Filter), which is not ours. Could you please try disabling it and see if any changes?
Please let me know about it.
Thanks,

MemberHi Gretchen!
I’m sorry for the confusion with this.
Unfortunately, event feeds do not support event category exclusions by default. The syntax you mention does work for the main blog posts, but not for events.
You can use a url like yoursite.com/feed?&post_type=tribe_events&tribe_events_cat=event-category-slug to only show a specific event category, but if you need to exclude a specific event category, then you’ll need some custom coding to achieve that.
I do see the use of being able to exclude an event category from the feed, so if you think this is something that you would like to see as a new feature, I suggest you post that idea in our User voice > https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas so others can vote for it.
Let me know if any follow up questions.

MemberHi Jonathan!
My apologies for taking so long to get back to this. We’ve been really busy for the past weeks and I’ve just found some time to work on this.
I have been able to tweak the snippet so that it sends a copy of the ticket email to all the event organizers that have a valid email address.
I haven’t tested much, so please test it out and let me know if it works for your site:

MemberHi Gregg!
Thanks for getting in touch with us.
Let me first apologise for the delay in getting back to you. It seems your post has fallen out of our radar.
I’m not sure I understand exactly what you are trying to accomplish. Could you please explain this further? what would the performers template be for? Do you
If you need to customize the organizer template, you can do so by using one of the methods in our themer’s guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/
Please let me know more about it and I’ll be happy to assist as much possible.

First, let me apologise for the delay in getting back to you. It seems your post has fallen out of our radar.
Unfortunately, duplicating events is not a built-in functionality of our plugins. However, some users make use of the following plugin to achieve that > https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicate-tec-event/
Please note that we do not own that plugin and we cannot provide support for it. I suggest you give it a try and make all necessary tests to make sure it works as expected.
We always suggest to setup a dev/staging site so you can test things out without disrupting the live site. We also encourage to make a full backup of your site, both database and files so in case something goes wrong you can always restore your site.
I hope that helps. Let me know if any follow up questions.

First, let me apologise for the delay in getting back to you. It seems your post has fallen out of our radar.
That is mostly something that depends on your theme, but I’m mostly sure you could achieve that with some custom CSS. As a reference, let me point you to our themer’s guide > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/themers-guide/
First, please let me note that we are fairly limited in how much support we can give for custom development questions like that.
That said, we always like helping out, so if you share with us a link to where we could see the video, we’ll try to come up with some CSS styles to achieve what you are looking for, or at least point you into the right direction as much possible.
Let me know about it.

First, let me apologise for the delay in getting back to you. It seems your post has fallen out of our radar.
We know some users tried to get ACF fields to be usable in the community submission form, but it seems to be a bit tricky.
It should be possible to create such customization, even without using ACF, but would definitely involve custom coding. For customizations like these, we generally suggest you try our plugins and perform the necessary tests to make sure it works as expected.
We have a pretty good refund policy so you can always ask for a full refund within 30-day of purchase > https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/refund-policy/.
I hope that helps. Let me know if any follow up questions.

MemberHi Fred!
Thanks for reaching out to us!
First, let me apologise for not getting back to you in your other topic. I have just checked and it seems it has fallen out of our radar somehow. I will go ahead and close the other thread so we can focus on the topic in here.
I’ll be happy to help you with this issue. Could you please share with us the Facebook URL you are having the issue with? We’ll run some tests with it and see if we can reproduce the problem.
In the meantime, you might want to check your import limit settings by going to wp-admin > Events > Settings > Imports tab and under Global Import Settings you will find the Import Limit Type and Import Date Range Limit.
I can see from your system information that your current limit is set to fetch one month of events. It may be the case that the events you are trying to import are far more into the future.
Please try increasing this limit and see if any changes.
Thanks,
