Google Maps does not Display on Events page

Grey box is displayed where Map should be on each Events page. Clicking on the Maps link takes me to Google Maps, but I also want it to display on each Events page.

Actions taken:
1. Checked Events plug-in settings to ensure Google Maps is active
2. Added Google Maps API
3. Deactivated all plugins except Events
4. Set Theme to Twenty-seventeen
5. Upgraded to Pro version
6. Cleared browser cache and tried on multiple Browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Explorer, Opera)

None of the above has resolved. Please advise.
