KeymasterHi there,
All color controls live in the Customizer. To change the Filter bar color, use the Customizer > The Events Calendar > Global Elements > Filter Bar Color.
Hope that helps. Please let me know if you have any additional questions about this.
Thanks,
SkySky
KeymasterHi Craig,
Thanks for reaching out. I’d be happy to help with your question.
Any custom fields you create in the Attendee Information section of the ticket will be available in the Attendees information page. The details should be under the Details column, and show when you click the “View details” link there.
Are you not seeing this on your end? Can you provide a screenshot of the Attendees detail page and the Custom field settings in the ticket admin? Do you have the field marked as required?
Thanks,

KeymasterHi there,
Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry to hear that you’re having issues with the Eventbrite tickets displaying. I will try to help you get this sorted if I can.
I looked at the specific event you linked to, in Chrome, Firefox, and Safari on Mac. I also checked in Windows Edge, Chrome and Firefox. The ticket form is displaying as expected in all browsers.
Can you try checking from an incognito window and see if it shows up for you?
For the price issue, I tried creating an event locally and pushed it up to Eventbrite. Once I marked it as “live” the price is showing up for me on the events page in list view.
You are importing the events from Eventbrite? Can you see the ticket information in the Eventbrite section of the event in the wordpress admin? Is it showing the cost there? Is “live” selected for “Eventbrite Event Status”?
Thanks,
SkySky

KeymasterHi again,
You can read more about adding custom code snippets here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/implementing-custom-code-snippets/ If you are still unsure how to proceed after reading this, I would recommend hiring a PHP developer to help with your modifications.
For the other issue, can you please created a new ticket for this? We try to keep support threads focused on a single issue, and this thread is getting a bit long in the tooth.
Thanks,
SkySky
KeymasterHi again,
Disable all of the locations on the map? I would recommend just disabling the map view all together, as it’s just the list view with a map above it. Without any locations showing in the map, it’s not serving any purpose, correct?
Thanks,
SkySky
KeymasterHi again,

KeymasterHi again,
I’m going to set this to “pending fix” so it doesn’t get closed while we’re waiting for the update.
Thanks,

KeymasterHi again,
I took a look at your site, and I think I see what you’re referring to now. The map will only show the venues for the events that are currently displaying on the page. You are only showing 5 events at a time, so only 5 venues are showing in the map.
Let me know if that makes sense.
Thanks,
SkySky
KeymasterHi again,
Great! I’m glad that will work for you.

KeymasterHi again,
To break an event from the series, go to the Events admin page. Hover over the event you want to break from the series, and the link “edit single” will show under the event title. Clicking this will break the event off and allow you to edit it independently.
The Events Calendar Pro adds functionality for recurring events. The tickets plugin will only allow you to sell tickets for the entirety of the event series. To add tickets to individual events in a series, they need to be broken off into a separate event. This is stated on the Events Tickets plugins pages.
We do have a 30 day return policy, so if this won’t work for your needs, you can request a refund by visiting our Refunds page and submitting the request form.
Hope that helps.
Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
Thanks,

KeymasterHi again,
Thanks for the additional information.
The Healthcheck plugin requires a little more effort to determine anything. After enabling the plugin, you need to enable “troubleshooting mode.” There is a link on the plugin info in the plugins admin. Once enabled, you will need to enable the Events Plugins. Then go to the Events > Imports admin panel and try to create and run your import again.
I’m wondering if this might be related to the “coming soon” plugin that you have activated.
Let me know how that process goes.
Thanks
SkySky
KeymasterHi again,
I understand that the theme is critical to the look of your live site. I am only asking you to switch to a default theme while troubleshooting, so we can rule out any issues that may be caused by the theme. If there is an issue when using your theme, we can then look to see why and maybe help find a solution.
If you don’t have a staging site to do testing on, you can try the Healthcheck Plugin that is linked to in our Testing for Conflicts Guide. This will allow you to test the functionality of our plugins with the default theme and all other plugins disabled, without affecting the experience of the site to your users.
Trying to create these recurring event patterns on my test site with Twenty Seventeen, I am not seeing the issues you are reporting. In order to find out what’s causing this for you, we need to limit all of the differences between your site and my test site to know where to look for the problem.
Once you are in the default configuration recommended in the troubleshooting steps, please try to create a new test event with the same recurrence pattern, and see if it behaves any differently.
Let me know how that goes.
Thanks,
SkySky
KeymasterHi again,
I believe the issue is that you are renaming the events after importing. The import is looking at the names in this case. If the post of that name on that date doesn’t exist, it will be imported.
What happens if you change your Update Authority setting to “Import events but preserve local changes to event fields”?
If that doesn’t work, I would recommend creating separate events on the source calendar if you want them to have different names on your website, and keep everything in sync.
Let me know how that goes.
Thanks,
SkySky
