I’m still trying to replicate your error with the ID 0 tickets. Could you possibly set up a free ticket for an event on your site and send me a link so that I can “purchase” and test check in’s?
As for customizing the ticket, what kind of information would you like to put on it? We may have a solution, depending on what types of information is needed. 🙂

I just want to confirm that we’re seeing the same thing. I’m getting about a 4 second load on pagination. Is that about what you’re experiencing?
While I dig into this for you, could you review this information on caching and ensure that you’re taking all the steps you can to improve the load times that way? 🙂

It looks like this is a bug. I was able to replicate this with the latest version of our plugin and X Theme. After some inspection, I’ve discovered that X Theme is causing several javascript conflicts with our plugins.
So, here are the next steps with this:
- I’ll be documenting this bug in our system, and you’ll receive an update when it’s fixed. (Which will depend on the amount of the reports we get of this issue)
- In the meantime, I’m glad you found a work around by rolling back. This should work for awhile. 🙂
- Finally, I’d suggest reaching out to Theme Co’s support to see if they’re able to help resolve this conflict, as we don’t officially support theme conflicts on our forums.

Unfortunately that’s not a built-in option yet. However, it could be possible with some customization. To make these customizations, you’ll want to reference the Themer’s Guide and functions list. Additionally, we have some guidance for finding help making those customizations here. I also think you may find Barry’s methods in this thread helpful. 🙂

Unfortunately, this is a known bug within the plugin that we’re working on. I’ve added yours to the list of threads and upped the priority for squashing this one, but in the meantime, your solution is the best work around.
