Fatal error: Call to undefined function tribe_main_pue_helper()

Hi, I just installed and activated the Events Calendar PRO plugin and the site now shows the following error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function tribe_main_pue_helper() in /home/content/11/7391711/html/acma/wp-content/plugins/events-calendar-pro/events-calendar-pro.php on line 41

I saw another similar thread and followed the steps instructed there and am still getting the error.

This error was supposed to have been resolved with the latest update. Can you clear your site’s cache and confirm that this is still happening when you download and install the latest version?

Sure,

I just cleared my cache and re-installed the latest versions of both plugins. The Events Calendar 4.5.2.1 & Events Calendar PRO 4.4.8

The Fatal error is still happening.

Hey Shelby, I just made a discovery. previously I had replaced the plugin folders via FTP. I just tried deleting and re-uploading the plugins in the WP backend instead and it works now.
