    I think you’ll find Geoff’s comments on this thread helpful. He Β includes a code snippet that you can use to modify your tooltip file and the Themer’s Guide here gives you some guidance for how to make these kinds of changes yourself.

    I believe that none of the attendee responses get included on the export at this time. However, I think that you may find this free extension helpful for adding the attendee information to the WooCommerce order and exporting that way?

    I apologize that you’re not satisfied with our current code structure. That said, if you have custom needs to alter it, the best plan of action is to hire someone to help. We have some guidlines for making changes yourself here, and we have recommendations for finding freelancers here, but we don’t support changes to our code on these forums.

    It’s also worth noting that we happily offer refunds if you’re not satisfied with the product, and you can request one via this form here.

    This is on our dev team’s radar and I’m associating this support thread with our internal ticket about this issue, so you’ll be updated when this is resolved.

    I did, however, also notice that you’ve posted this to the Pre-Sales forum, under an account that has no sales associated with it. I’ll give you the benefit of the doubt, and assume that you do have an account associated with a current license for EA, so in the future, you need to post inquiries from that account and to the appropriate product forum.

    Can you possibly tell me why you chose to go with the WooCommerce plugin over the functionality of our plugins described in this knowledgebase article?

    If you need to use the WooCommerce plugin for some reason and need to integrate this type of functionality, you’ll need to customize the plugin, and I’d suggest hiring a freelancer for that type of customization.

    It looks like you have the 100 imports license for Events Aggregator, which definitely does have limitations. You can see some details about the licensing for that plugin here.
