KeymasterHi,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂
In order to do so, could you provide me some more information? Ideally, could you give me an URL where you have events and blog posts mixed up? Also, could you share your System Information?
Thanks in advance,
JeremyJeremy
KeymasterHi Mark,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂
Could you go to your WordPress backoffice > the page listing all your events? Then, when you hover over the title of a recurring event, do you see an “Edit All” button?
If that’s not what you’re looking for, could you show me a screenshot of the place where you would expect a dropdown menu?
Thanks in advance,

KeymasterHi Jeremy,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’m Jeremy too and would be happy to help you 🙂
Is there a week on your website where I could see a venue being booked? That would help me understand better the situation, so I could point you toward a good direction.
Thanks in advance,
JeremyJeremy

KeymasterHi Jimmy,
Thanks for your interest in our plugin!
As you noticed, we don’t provide technical support for our free plugin here, however, you can ask your question on the .org forum (https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/the-events-calendar).
Otherwise, you can still get the PRO version in order to receive support — we would be glad to help you 🙂
I hope this helps,
Cheers,

KeymasterHi Thorlakur,
Thanks for your interest in our plugins!
Even by getting our Event Aggregator plugin, I’m afraid you won’t be able to import events directly from the KSÍ website. Indeed, Event Aggregator only allows you to import events from Meetup, Google Calendar, iCalendar, Eventbrite, and other sites running The Events Calendar plugin.
With The Events Calendar (free version), you can manually import CSV files, but I’m not sure that’s the feature you’re looking for…
I hope this helps,
Cheers,

KeymasterHi Al,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂
It seems there’s a conflict somewhere, either between two plugins or between a plugin and your theme.
Could you revert to the default theme (Twenty Seventeen) to see if that makes a difference? If not, could you deactivate all plugins (except for the Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO) and check again your calendar?
Before doing those tests, you may want to read our documentation about how to test for conflicts.
Let me know how it goes.

KeymasterHi Ken,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂
I’m not sure why this happens. The easiest thing would be to do a manual update via FTP.
Do you have access to the FTP through your GoDaddy Managed WordPress account?
If so, you may delete The Events Calendar plugin, and replace it with the newest version (4.6.18).
Please let me know how it goes,
Cheers,

KeymasterHi Will,
Thanks for your interest in our plugins!
To answer your questions:
- If you only want to use our plugin on a handful of sub-sites (10 or fewer) and are willing to perform manual updates, then you do not need a multisite license. In your case, you can purchase a Personal license (for 1 sub-site).
- Community Events is not part of the PRO version — in your case, you would need both plugins.
- We do offer discounts for non profit organizations. First, you may want to read our guide to learn more about the conditions. Then you can apply for the program on this page.
I hope this helps,

KeymasterHi Robert,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you.
Well, this problem is actually a known bug that our developers will fix in the coming weeks. However, at this stage, I can’t give you an approximate date for the bug fix release.
I will set this thread as “Pending fix”, so we could warn you as soon as the issue is resolved.
Thank you for your patience and understanding 🙂
Cheers,

KeymasterHi Giuseppe,
Thank you for your interest in our plugins!
To answer your questions:
- I’m not sure I understood properly your first question, but you can create as many events page as necessary — it’s easy to do so thanks to our shortcodes.
- There is not an out-of-the-box way to automatically pull events into a slideshow, however you might look at Image Widget Plus to create slideshows – with this option, you would need to manually create the slides.
- Changing the colors will require some CSS. You might also be interested in our Category Colors plugin (it’s a free one), which would allow you to add background colors to events categories.
- Exactly. After 1 year, if you don’t renew your license, your Events Calendar PRO plugin will still work, but you won’t get updates and assistance anymore.
I hope this helps,
Cheers,

KeymasterHi,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂
The easiest way to hide the number of tickets left would be to add some css. You say that didn’t work, but if you add an !important, that should do the trick.
So you can head to Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS, and add the following code:
.tribe-events-event-cost .tribe-tickets-left {
display: none !important;
}
Please let me know how it goes.
Cheers,
