Recurring events Menu Dropdown Missing

When I have a recurring event in Events Calendar Pro the help system says that the “edit event” menu should have a drop down list when I hover over it to allow me to edit the entire series, just one event, or future events. But there is not dropdown. I hovered for multiple seconds to be sure, and no dropdown. I get the dropdown for the Events menu right away, no problem, but none for the Edit Event.

Could you go to your WordPress backoffice > the page listing all your events? Then, when you hover over the title of a recurring event, do you see an “Edit All” button?

If that’s not what you’re looking for, could you show me a screenshot of the place where you would expect a dropdown menu?

Links below are to 2 screenshots – the first is on our site looking at the
detail view for one of our recurring events with the curser hovering over
the Edit Event menu at the top, with no dropdown box – the second is the
page in the Events Calendar Pro documentation on your site showing the
dropdown menu that I think is supposed to be there. Note that I did go to
the listing of events on the backend as you suggested, and from there I do
see the three options to edit entire event, future events, or just this
single event. But with hundreds of events, and many of them recurring every
week for the next 2 years, it is a real pain to search through them all in
a long, paginated list, it is far easier to go to the date you want on the
calendar and edit the event from there, but there I only seem to have the
option to edit the entire series, not a single event or future events.

Well, it might be a bug actually. I would need to investigate further, I’ll let you know as soon as I know more.
