KeymasterHi,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you π
It’s likely there’s a conflict somewhere. Did you deactivate all other plugins? (I noticed you replied “yes” to that question before submitting your ticket). And you still had the same problem? If so, there might be a conflict with your theme. Could you switch to the default theme (Twenty Seventeen) and tell me if you still encounter the same issue?
You may read our documentation about testing for conflicts before doing anything.
Please let me know what you find out during the process.
Cheers,
JeremyJeremy
KeymasterHi Sandra,
Thank you for that clarification! It helps a lot. It’s the first time I come across that problem though. But be assured we’ll find the solution π
First of all, could you share your System Information? (you may paste it in a “Private reply”). Also, did you (or someone else) modify some Events Calendar template files?
It would be important to go through the process of testing for conflicts. In case you haven’t done it yet, could you deactivate all your other plugins to see if that makes a difference? And then, could you switch to the default theme (Twenty Seventeen) and check again your calendar?
Thanks in advance,

KeymasterHi Susan,
I’m glad you managed to find where the problem came from!
I’m going to close this thread then, but feel free to create a new one if you have further concerns π

KeymasterHi,
I’m really sorry for this inconvenience.
Could you tell meΒ if the ticket form displayed or not when you most recently tested this?
Also,Β could you provide a link to one of the events you are trying to ‘push’ to eventbrite.com? That way I could examine it to make sure the organizer and venue data is present and looks good (Eventbrite will reject events with no or incomplete venues, for instance).
Thank you,
JeremyJeremy
KeymasterHi,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I would be happy to help you, however I’m not sure I can help you much: it seems your HTML layout comes from your theme. If you have a child theme, then it might be easier to customize those templates. In any case, I would recommend you to read the documentation of your theme and/or contact the support of your theme.
Please let me know if you have further concerns.
Cheers,
JeremyJeremy
KeymasterHi,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you π
When you say that all of the events in your calendar seem to be linking to the new URL of the recurring event, do you mean ALL the events on your website, or only the events associated with that specific recurring events? Could you provide me an URL where the problem happens?
Also, could you share your System Information? That would help me understand the situation better.

I had a look at your website and it seems there’s a conflict somewhere. If you haven’t done it already, could you deactivate plugins (except for The Events Calendar and Community Events) to see if that makes a difference? Then, could you switch to the default theme (Twenty Seventeen) and check again your event submit page? You may read our documentation about testing for conflicts before doing anything.
Please let me know what you find out during the process.

Does your problem happen when importing events on your website? If so, it’s an issue we are aware of, and our developers will work on it.
Meanwhile, a workaround would beΒ to remove the venues, save event, add / select venue, save event. It might be enough to just remove the empty venue, but I’m not not sure.
Please let me know how it goes.

KeymasterHi Kym,
It’s great you have a staging website, it will make debugging easier π
That being said, it’s weird that I can’t reproduce on my local environment the problem you’re mentioning, whereas I also have Twenty Seventeen and all plugins disabled except for Event Calendar and Event Calendar Pro. Just to be sure, could you confirm that you also have TEC 4.6.21 and PRO 4.4.30.1 on your staging website?
And could you send me a backup of your staging website, maybe using a plugin such as Duplicator?
Thanks in advance,

Please let me know how it goes with the suggestions I told you.
And most of all, enjoy your vacation!

KeymasterHi Wendy,
Last time Event Aggregator was updated was on the 15th of August. Maybe you noticed your problem before the EA update?
Also, could you tell me which versions of The Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO are installed on your website? (I can’t see that information through your System Information). And are all your other plugins and theme up-to-date?
Please let me know if the scheduled import stops working again.
Cheers,
JeremyJeremy
KeymasterHi Freda,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you π
Well, normally you don’t have anything to do, except updating your Events Calendar plugins from your WordPress back-office. I can see you are up-to-date with Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus, but there are new versions of Events Calendar PRO (4.4.30.1) and The Events Calendar (4.6.21) β could you update both of them from your back-office?
Please let me know if you need any assistance.
Cheers,

I noticed you have a PHP version we don’t support anymore (a couple of months ago, we changed our minimum required PHP version to 5.6). So could you see with your web host if you could upgrade your PHP version?
Please let me know how it goes.
Cheers,
