Calendar View: all events listed as last entered event!

We now have a serious error in calendar view – when you visit the page initially, or refresh the page, the correct number of events are listed for each day, but all the events show as whatever the most recently added event is. If I use the navigation to go to the next or previous month and then back to the current month, the display is correct. I’m pretty sure the error surfaced with the last update (TEC, 4.6.18 > 4.6.21, Pro 4.4.27 > 4.4.3).
The link to the calendar page is in a private reply. I did not revert to the older versions so you can troubleshoot, but I can’t leave it up this way very long.

It turned out to be one of the templates in the theme overrides folder. I’m embarrassed to say I’ve read the Testing for Conflicts page before and that part never sunk in. Except for the default template, which wraps the TEC content in the required layout code, the little bit of other customization doesn’t seem to be missed, and all files in the theme overrides folder were based on templates from 2015.
