Change H5 to H2 and adjust style to match theme

I can’t locate the right file in which to alter headings. Can you direct me to the file?

More specifically, I need to change items like the one below from H5 to H2:

Thanks for reaching out to us! I would be happy to help you, however I’m not sure I can help you much: it seems your HTML layout comes from your theme. If you have a child theme, then it might be easier to customize those templates. In any case, I would recommend you to read the documentation of your theme and/or contact the support of your theme.
