ParticipantHave been updating events all morning and suddenly Events Calendar is creating two venues per event and not letting me make any changes. See screenshot below.
I have tried:
Dragging venue 2 above venue 1
Changing Venue 1 to match Venue 2No matter what I do, once I save it looks exactly the same – a blank venue in the Venue 1 space and the actual Venue in the Venue 2 space. Although the events do show up on the correct venue page, in the List view no location is shown for these events.
Please help!! I haven’t updated any plugins or made any changes to cause this to suddenly start happening. I can’t move on and update any more events until I get this resolved.

Does your problem happen when importing events on your website? If so, it’s an issue we are aware of, and our developers will work on it.
Meanwhile, a workaround would be to remove the venues, save event, add / select venue, save event. It might be enough to just remove the empty venue, but I’m not not sure.

ParticipantYes they are imported events and no that is not working. I’ve tried everything I can think of and nothing is working. All I’m left with is to copy and paste the event information over to a new event. REALLY frustrating when I have 392 draft events that were imported that I’m going to have to copy and paste. Completely defeats the point of the import.

ParticipantJust updated the plugin and the issue is potentially resolved with the latest update. I’ll keep you posted, wasn’t planning to update events today so might be a day or two before I know for sure if its still a problem.
