KeymasterHi,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂
A maintenance release for The Events Calendar and Events Calendar PRO is available — could you update both plugins?
Also, could you make sure your Enfold theme is up-to-date as well?
Because Enfold apparently offers an integration with our plugins and customizes a little bit our files, you might contact its support — they are probably better placed to help you.
Please let me know how it goes.

KeymasterHi John,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂
Could you send me your csv file, so I could check if there is nothing wrong with it?
Also, if you deactivate all other plugins, do you still get the wrong order on the week view? And if you switch to the default theme (Twenty Seventeen), do you still encounter the same problem? You may read our documentation about testing for conflicts before doing anything.
Please let me know what you find out during the process.
Cheers,

KeymasterHi,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂
Are your other plugins up-to-date?
Do you have a staging site do do some tests? If so, could you try to deactivate all other plugins and check again your event detail page? Then, could you switch to the default theme (Twenty Seventeen) to see if that makes a difference? You may read our documentation about Testing for Conflicts before doing anything.
If you can’t use of a staging site, you may consider using a plugin like Plugin Detective and/or Health Check, each of which provide a troubleshooting mode that aims to ensure your site will continue to operate as normal for regular visitors.
Please let me know how it goes.

KeymasterHi Wendy,
Just to let you know, a maintenance release is available since yesterday evening. So you may now update to The Events Calendar 4.6.22 and Events Calendar PRO 4.4.31.
Sure, let me know if it fails again.
Cheers,

KeymasterHi,
I’m sorry for the inconvenience caused by this issue. Indeed, the latest update may have resolved this problem. Please let me know once you have updated some events 🙂

KeymasterHi,
A maintenance release is available since yesterday: if you haven’t done it yet, could you update your Events Calendar plugins?
Do you get your problem only with Chrome or with any other web browser as well? Is it only on the frontend (“Community: Submit Events”) or also on the backend?
If your problem is only related to Community Events, could you try to submit an event with just our core plugin (Events Calendar) +Â Community Events?
Cheers,

KeymasterHi Alex,
Maybe it’s just me who didn’t properly understand your needs. Could you provide me the URL of a calendar which looks like the one you would like?
Otherwise, you may ask for a refund of course. You would have to fill in the form on this page.
Have a nice day 🙂

KeymasterHi Taylor,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂
It’s unlikely your problem is related to The Events Calendar, however I can give you this css snippet which might solve your problem (you can add it in Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS):
.ui-tabs, .ui-corner-all, .ui-tabs-nav li {border:none;}I hope this helps,
Cheers,

KeymasterHi Charles,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂
That’s not the expected behavior for the Week view. When did you notice this issue? Following a recent update of a plugin?
It’s strange, because on my local installation, with our plugins updated, I don’t come across this issue. Are all other plugins deactivated on your staging website (please be sure you’ve followed our documentation about testing for conflicts)?

KeymasterHi Stephan,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you ?
It’s likely there’s a conflict somewhere. Could you deactivate all your other plugins to see if that makes a difference? And could you revert back to the default theme (Twenty Seventeen) and check again your event submit page? You may read our documentation about testing for conflicts before doing anything.
In case you don’t have a staging site to test things there, you may consider using a plugin like Plugin Detective and/or Health Check, each of which provide a troubleshooting mode that aims to ensure your site will continue to operate as normal for regular visitors.
Please let me know how it goes.

KeymasterHi Alex,
Thanks for reaching out to us! I’d be happy to help you 🙂
I’m not sure I understood properly what you would like to achieve: you would like to display a full width image above and below the calendar in the month view?
If so, you may customize the Month View Template located at/wp-content/plugins/the-events-calendar/src/views/month.php. You can override this template in your own theme by creating a file at [your-theme]/tribe-events/month.php. Please read our Themer’s Guide before doing anything.
I hope this helps.

There might be a conflict somewhere. Could you deactivate all plugins except for The Events Calendar ones? Then, could you switch to the default theme (Twenty Seventeen) and tell me if you still encounter the same issue?
You may read our documentation about testing for conflicts before doing anything.
