KeymasterHi Cindy,
Thanks for reaching out! I’m sorry that you’re running into this issue with Pro. We’ve released a few updates since your license was active, so I would first recommend updating to the current version of The Events Calendar (4.6.17). If this is causing your site to crash, then there might be a conflict with your theme or another plugin at play. You can check for this by running through the steps outlined here.
If you do opt to renew your Pro license and are still running into issues, you can reach out to us in our Pro support forum at any time – we’ll be happy to help you out there! If for some reason Pro doesn’t work out for you, we do offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase.
Regarding event registrations, you can set the start and end sale times in both Event Tickets and Event Tickets Plus. Outside of this window, users will not be able to purchase tickets.
Let me know if you have any questions!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Quincy,
Recurring events are a feature of Events Calendar Pro that let you create multiple rules on an event for when that event should repeat. If you want the event to simply last for several days, this is something that you can do in The Events Calendar in the start and end date settings. For your example (August 7th and 14th), you would need to create a recurring event.
Regarding the widgets, you can find an outline of the available widgets here, and you can also see some live examples over on our demo site.
We do offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase, so if you’d like to take Events Calendar Pro for a test run, feel free to do so! Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Steffen,
Thanks for checking out our plugins! Are you looking to print out copies of the tickets? If so, then there is not an out-of-the-box way to do this, but you could use our free PDF Tickets extension, which creates PDF copies of the tickets. You can then print these out to give to users.

May 30, 2018 at 4:45 pm in reply to: Meta Fields showing in ticket E-mail, not showing in ticket PDF #1542449Jennifer
KeymasterHi Mark,
Thanks for reaching out! Just to clarify what you’re looking for here, are you trying to add additional fields that you created with Pro (on the event) to the ticket email? If so, then I would recommend trying out the code in this post.
Regarding their layout, you would need to add some HTML/CSS to lay them out how you would like…Since it depends on how you would like them to be styled, I don’t have an example I can give you for this. We are limited in the amount of support that we can provide for customizations, but if you get stuck or have any questions, please let me know – I’ll be happy to point you in the right direction!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHello,
Thanks for reaching out!
Doing this in list view would involve a bit of template customizing (our themer’s guide has instructions on doing this if you’d like to give it a shot), but you might want to take a look at photo view that comes with Events Calendar Pro. You might still need to customize the template a bit to get the buttons added in, or you could have them show up automatically if you add them as HTML in the excerpt. Pro does come with the ability to create custom fields on events, which you could then add to the photo view template via a little bit of custom coding (this post has some example code for grabbing and displaying additional fields in other views). Please note that we are limited in the amount of support that we can provide for customizations, but I wanted to give you some ideas for how you might accomplish this.
We do offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase, so if you’d like to take Events Calendar Pro for a test run, feel free to do so! Please let me know if you have any additional questions.

KeymasterHello,
Thanks for reaching out! We actually have a free extension that you can use for this – can you give this a try and let me know if it works for you?

KeymasterHi Andre!
By default, the images in photo view should be the same width as the event content. This is likely being caused by either a styling conflict with your theme or by the plugins being a bit out of date. I would recommend first adjusting the “Default stylesheet used for events templates” and “Events template” settings under Events > Settings > Display. These affect how much events pages inherit their styling from the theme.
You will also want to update everything to the current versions:
- WordPress 4.9.6
- The Events Calendar 4.6.17
- Events Calendar Pro 4.4.27
- Event Tickets 4.7.3
- Event Tickets Plus 4.7.3
Since some of the versions that you’re currently running are quite a bit older, you’ll definitely want to upgrade first in a testing environment – you can use the free Duplicator plugin to create a staging environment if you don’t have already. Jumping from much older versions to current versions can sometimes lead to compatibility issues with other things on your site.
To remove the “Upcoming events” text, you can either hide it with CSS or do a template override. This article also has some code that you can use to remove this title. We are limited in the amount of support that we can provide for customizations like this, but if you can send me a direct link to the page and let me know which views you’d like to remove it from (just photo or other calendar views as well), I’ll be happy to point you in the right direction!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Paal,
Thanks for checking out our plugins!
The easiest way to create separate events pages is by using categories. You can then use the shortcodes that come with Events Calendar Pro to display the categories on separate pages – based on your description of how you would like events to display, I think photo view would be your best bet (also a feature of Events Calendar Pro).
That’s awesome to hear that you are thinking about writing an article on The Events Calendar! If you would like any specific info from us, feel free to reach out at support @ theeventscalendar.com!
Regarding Pro, we do offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase, so if you’d like to take it for a test run, feel free to do so! Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
Thanks,

KeymasterHi Jory,
Thanks for checking out Event Tickets Plus!
ET+ does integrate with WooCommerce, which allows you to sell tickets that are essentially WooCommerce simple products. As such, they typically work well with WooCommerce extensions like Dynamic Pricing. One area that users run into problems with here is the default ticket form – depending on the extension, it might not integrate with this 100%. However, you can also sell tickets from the default product page (see this article for more info). You would need to test it out to make sure that you can get it working exactly the way that you need.
As far as emails, there are two emails that go out when a customer completes a ticket order – one from WooCommerce confirming the order, and one from Event Tickets containing the actual tickets. This article has some info on customizing WooCommerce emails, and our themer’s guide has instructions on customizing our templates, including the one for emails. If you want to include custom text for each event’s tickets, then you might want to take a look at using the additional fields that come with Events Calendar Pro. This article has some example code that you can use to add these to the ticket email.
We do offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase, so if you’d like to take Event Tickets Plus for a test run to see how it works with Dynamic Pricing, feel free to do so! Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Dominique,
I’m sorry that you’re running into this issue, but I’ll be happy to see if I can help you out here.
Just to make sure I understand correctly, is the “Buy now” not appearing at all in French, or is it translated incorrectly? Can you send me a screenshot of this? Please note that if you are replying via email, attachments will not be included; you will need to login and upload this directly to the thread.
I also want to point out that support for WPML is limited – you can read more about this here.
Thanks,
Jennifer
May 30, 2018 at 3:00 pm in reply to: Can we attach a static PDF to Ticket Email not in confirmation email to user #1542393Jennifer
KeymasterHi Russell,
Thanks for reaching out! With the PDF Tickets extension, the PDF is also available from the attendees page. So, you could grab it from there if you needed to send it out in another email.
If you are trying to include this in another email automatically, then this would require a customization. Customizations are outside the scope of support that we are able to provide here in the forums, but please let me know if you have any questions (or if I’ve misunderstood what you’re looking for). I’ll do my best to point you in the right direction!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHello,
Thanks for reaching out!
Are you referring to a page builder that came with your theme? Can you tell me which theme that you’re using?
You can try adjusting the “Default stylesheet used for events templates” and “Events template” settings under Events > Settings > Display. These affect how much events pages inherit their styling from the theme.
We are limited in the amount of support that we can provide for integrations like this, but if you have any other questions, please let me know!

KeymasterHello,
Thanks for reaching out! You can change this by doing a template override of the email.php template found at wp-content/plugins/event-tickets/src/views/tickets. You’ll find the code for this header around line 364 – look for this:
