ParticipantHi there,
Even though the meta fields I made for each ticket are showing nicely in the generated ticket e-mail, they do not show up in the ticket PDF attachment. This is confusing, as I was thinking that the e-mail content is copied to the PDF regardless.
do_action( ‘tribe_tickets_ticket_email_ticket_bottom’, $ticket ); is in its place at line 449 of the email.php template, which I think does the work.
I am using this snippet in my functions.php:
As my tickets need to be personalized, how can I fix this?
And secondly, is there a way to customize the lay-out of the meta fields in the e-mail?Versions:
Event Tickets 4.7.3
Event Tickets Plus 4.7.3
Event Tickets Extension: PDF Tickets 1.1.0Kind regards,

KeymasterHi Mark,
Thanks for reaching out! Just to clarify what you’re looking for here, are you trying to add additional fields that you created with Pro (on the event) to the ticket email? If so, then I would recommend trying out the code in this post.
Regarding their layout, you would need to add some HTML/CSS to lay them out how you would like…Since it depends on how you would like them to be styled, I don’t have an example I can give you for this. We are limited in the amount of support that we can provide for customizations, but if you get stuck or have any questions, please let me know – I’ll be happy to point you in the right direction!
Thanks,
Jennifer

ParticipantHi there Jennifer,
Thanks for picking this up.
I think we might have a misunderstanding. I have a similar problem to this:
I saw your response to that post and have tried looking for conflicts. The ticket order block and the additional meta fields per ticket only appear after activating the Woocommerce plug-in and its latest Storefront template. With these minimal settings the problem persists.
Any thoughts?
PS. Let’s get this major thing out of the way before we get to the customization bit..

KeymasterThanks for sending those screenshots and clarifying what you’re referring to here! This particular issue with the PDF Tickets extension has been logged for our developers to take a look at. To set expectations here, our extensions are free, additional features that we put out when we can, but they are not supported in the same way that our premium plugins are. With that said, we do our best to maintain them so that they continue to provide value to users. I don’t have a timeline that I can give you as to when this might be resolved, but as soon as we have an update, we’ll let you know here.
Regarding the customization, if you get stuck on this, please let me know, and I will be happy to take a look and see if I can point you in the right direction!
Thanks,
Jennifer
