Local vs production differences

On event category pages, the page titles show up differently on my local and the production site. I am trying to change the title to something specific for those pages, using everything I’ve been finding on https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/change-event-category-page-title/

These will work on my local, but have no effect once the stuff is pushed to production. This hasn’t been resolved through messing with cache, and going to appearance editor, it always shows the new code is there.

If you have not purchased one of our premium plugins, you can post in our community forum on wordpress.org, which we review weekly to check for bug reports. If you need more in-depth support, you will need to purchase a license. However, please note that even in our premium forums, we are limited in the amount of support that we can provide for customizations.

Our knowledgebase is a great place to start looking for answers (this article in particular might be helpful). You can also search our premium forums to see if another user has posted about a similar issue. If you’re having trouble with plugin functionality, the best place to start is by testing for a conflict.
