    Hi,

    Is there a way we can send a static pdf attachment in ticket mail not in confirmation email to user.

    Please suggest.

    Hi Russell,

    Thanks for reaching out! With the PDF Tickets extension, the PDF is also available from the attendees page. So, you could grab it from there if you needed to send it out in another email.

    If you are trying to include this in another email automatically, then this would require a customization. Customizations are outside the scope of support that we are able to provide here in the forums, but please let me know if you have any questions (or if I’ve misunderstood what you’re looking for). I’ll do my best to point you in the right direction!

    Hi Jeniffer,

    Thanks for your reply. But we do not want the ticket pdf to be sent instead we want to send a custom pdf as attachment to ticket email to customer.

    Is there any way to do so? Please suggest.

    Hello,

    Thanks for clarifying that! There is not an out-of-the-box way to do this – you would need to customize the email.php template (found in wp-content/plugins/event-tickets/src/views/tickets). This is outside the scope of support that we are able to provide, but you might take a look at using the custom fields that come with Events Calendar Pro to either add a link to your PDF directly in the email, or use the fields to enter the link for the attachment. This post has some code that should help get you started.
