Translate "event" in frontend to "activity"

Dear Sir/Madam,

You have options in place to translate the events page slug to whatever you like. However, translating the url is only a part of the translation process. I’d like to change the word “event” to “activity” on the frontend. Everywhere.

Do you have an option for this? Or do I need to use the translation file for it?
