KeymasterHello,
I’m sorry that you’re running into this issue, but I’ll be happy to help you figure out what’s going on.
First, can you make sure that you’re running the current versions of The Events Calendar (4.6.18), Events Calendar Pro (4.4.27), and WordPress (4.9.6)? If you don’t see a prompt to update in the Plugins section of your Dashboard, you can do so manually by following these instructions. Make sure you clear out any caching that you might be doing on your site, such as via a plugin or on your server. You’ll want to clear out your browser cache as well.
If you’re still running into this issue once you’re up to date, the next step would be to run through the steps outlined here to test for any conflicts that might be occurring with your theme and other plugins. You can also check for any Javascript errors on the page by right-clicking, clicking “Inspect”, and looking in the console. If you do see any, please copy/paste them into your reply. This type of issue is commonly caused by a theme conflict, so I would recommend starting your testing there.
Please let me know what you find, and if you can share your full system info with me, that would be helpful as well.
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHello,
Thanks for reaching out! Unfortunately it is not currently possible to include Filter Bar in the shortcode. Sorry for the bad news there! We do have an open feature request for this and are considering adding it to a future release, so please do cast your vote here. This helps us gauge user interest in new features and guide future development efforts.
I’m sorry I don’t have a better answer for you at the moment, but if there is anything else that I can help you with, please let me know!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Colm,
I’m sorry that you’re running into this issue, but I’ll be happy to help you out with it.
Can you first check that your timezone is set correctly under Settings > General > Timezone? Can you also verify that you are running the current versions of The Events Calendar (4.6.18), Events Calendar Pro (4.4.27), and WordPress (4.9.6)?

KeymasterHi Barry,
Thanks for reaching out!
There is unfortunately not a way to do this out of the box, but you might look around for an Easy Digital Downloads extension that would allow you to reduce the quantity by more than one for certain products.
You could also do this with a customization. If you’d like to give it a shot, our themer’s guide is the place to start. We also have a list of recommended developers that you could contact if you would like to get help with the code.
If this is a feature you would like to see added in the future, we’d love it if you could post the idea in our Feature Ideas Forum! We use it to gauge user interest in new features and help plan future development.
I’m sorry I don’t have a more straight-forward solution for you at the moment, but please let me know if you have any other questions.
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHallo Mario,

KeymasterHi Katie,
I definitely understand not wanting to re-enter information! I’m not quite sure what you’re referring to by the “Veezi extension”, but there is no way out-of-the-box to automatically import tickets/ticket times from Veezi into the events calendar. You might be able to get this set up with a customization, but this would involve a fair amount of coding. Sorry for the bad news there!
Let me know if you have any other questions!

KeymasterHi Philipp,
Thanks for reaching out!
Unfortunately your screenshots didn’t come through…Can you try posting them again? If you’re replying via email, you’ll need to log in and upload them directly to the thread, as attachments will not be included.
I am not familiar with Contentview, and we are limited in the amount of support that we can provide for integrations like this, but I’ll be happy to take a look and see what I can recommend!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Audrey,
Thanks for checking out our plugins!
It is possible to create multiple tickets on one event and have different prices for each ticket, but there is not an out-of-the-box way to relate tickets to each other or to reduce the price automatically based on the quantity purchased. Deposits are also not supported out-of-the-box. However, with Event Tickets Plus, you can sell tickets via WooCommerce; tickets will essentially be WooCommerce simple products, which means that they typically work pretty well with WooCommerce extensions. There are several of them out there that might work for your particular use case, but here are a few that you might want to look into:
Bundling Products in WooCommerce
We do offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase, so if you’d like to take Event Tickets Plus for a test run and see if you can get it working the way you need with any of these extensions, feel free to do so! Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Daisha,
Our day view is somewhat similar to Timely’s agenda view, but some of our widgets that come with Events Calendar Pro might be a closer match. You’ll also be able to use shortcodes to display these anywhere on your site.
You can indeed make adjustments to the styling! Depending on what you would like to change, you have some options in the Customizer, and if you would like to do some more advanced customizations of the templates, we have a simple method that allows you to override the default ones, which you can read more about here. If you decide to go with the widgets, we have some tips on more advanced styling of those here.
Regarding the favorite feature, I addressed that over in this post.
Please let me know if you have any additional questions!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Daisha,
Thanks for checking out our plugins!
In Events Calendar Pro, users do have the option to export events, but there is not an option to mark events as favorites. You might be able to get this working with a third-party plugin though…I did a quick search and found this one, but there might be others out there too. This would work the same way in our free version as it would with Pro, so I would definitely recommend trying this out in your testing environment to see if you can get it working the way you need!
We do offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase, so if you’d like to take Events Calendar Pro for a test run, feel free to do so! Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Richard,
Thanks for reaching out!
I’m not aware of a way to do this without a customization. We have a list of recommended developers that you could contact if you would like to get help with the code. If you have any other questions, please let me know!

KeymasterHi Sanket,
Thanks for reaching out!
Event Aggregator will let you schedule imports from one site using The Events Calendar to another site using The Events Calendar, so this might be a good option for you – no customization required!
You can also take a look at our out-of-the-box export functionality that comes with Events Calendar Pro.
As far as a customization, this would be outside the scope of support that we are able to provide in our premium support forums, and we are not able to provide any technical support here in our Pre-Sales forum, which we use to answer questions on our premium plugins for those interested in purchasing them. If you’d like to give the customization a shot, our themer’s guide is the place to start.
We do offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase, so if you’d like to take Event Aggregator or Events Calendar Pro for a test run, feel free to do so! Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
Thanks,
Jennifer

I took a look at your website, but it doesn’t look like month view is enabled on your events page…an you send me a direct link to the page where this is happening and share your full system info with me so that I can take a look?

KeymasterHello,
First, I want to apologize for the issues that this is causing. This is a priority 1 issue on our end, and our developers are working on getting it resolved as quickly as possible. We’ll let you know here as soon as we have an update!
As a workaround in the meantime, I would recommend adding a link on the page that you’re sending traffic to directly to the event on eventbrite.com so that users will be able to complete the purchase. Since you are using Events Calendar Pro, you might want to use the additional fields for this.
I’m sorry that I don’t have a better answer for you at the moment, but we’ll get back to you shortly with an update!
