I sincerely apologize for the further inconvenience here! We’ll let you know as soon as we have an update. This issue is a top priority for our developers at the moment, so we should have some news for you here soon.

KeymasterHello,
I’m sorry that you all are still running into this issue! We are doing some additional testing on our end to get to the source of the issue. Thanks Tom for providing us with that information!

KeymasterHello,
Thanks for reaching out! I’d be happy to help you with this, but first will you please post this question in our Events Calendar Pro forum? We use the Pre-Sales forum to answer questions about the features of our premium plugins for those interested in purchasing them.
If you have not purchased one of our premium plugins, you can post in our community forum on wordpress.org, which we review weekly to check for bug reports. If you need more in-depth support, you will need to purchase a license. However, please note that even in our premium forums, we are limited in the amount of support that we can provide for integrations with third-party plugins.
Our knowledgebase is a great place to start looking for answers. You can also search our premium forums to see if another user has posted about a similar issue. If you’re having trouble with plugin functionality, the best place to start is by testing for a conflict.
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterThanks for updating! If you are doing any caching on your site (on your server or via a plugin), you’ll want to clear that out following the updates. Were you able to drop down to a default environment and test if you were able to receive emails then? Also, are you receiving other emails from your site, or is it only ticketing emails that aren’t being sent?

KeymasterHello,
Thanks for deactivating the plugins…Since I’m not able to recreate this on my end and don’t see any other reports of similar issues from other users, I believe that this is coming from your theme. Were you still seeing this using the default Twenty Seventeen theme? If so, can you please send me a link to your testing environment with Twenty Seventeen enabled and all other plugins disabled so that I can do some testing on my end?
Jennifer
KeymasterAwesome! Glad to hear that it’s working now 🙂
If there is anything else that I can help with, please let me know.
Jennifer
KeymasterGreat! As soon as the issue with the export button has been resolved, we’ll let you know!
Jennifer
KeymasterAwesome, I’m glad that fixed it! If there is anything else that I can help with, please let me know.
Jennifer
KeymasterI’m sorry that it’s still not working…can you try clearing out any caching that you might be doing (such as on your server or via a plugin) and try again?

KeymasterHi Katie,
Thanks for checking out our plugins!
To sell tickets to each individual time, you would need to create the events separately – there is not currently a way (out-of-the-box) to segment events into separate times like this. Events Calendar Pro does let you create recurring events that you might be able to use to display the individual event times, but tickets can only be added to the series as a whole, not to the individual event instances within the series.
Event Tickets lets you sell tickets directly through PayPal, and Event Tickets Plus lets you sell tickets via an integration with either WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads. I did a quick search, and it doesn’t look like either of these platforms comes with support for Veezi out-of-the-box. So, if you wanted to continue using Veezi to sell tickets, you would likely need to do a customization to integrate our ticketing plugins with Veezi.
We do offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase, so if you’d like to take Event Tickets Plus (or any of our other premium plugins) for a test run, feel free to do so! Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Jo-Anne,
Thanks for reaching out! Are you referring to RSVPs? If so, then users<i> </i>should be able to edit their info on the front end by default, provided that you have the “Require users to log in before they purchase tickets” option checked under Events > Settings > Tickets and that the user is logged into their account when they try to edit this info. See this article for more info. This does not let them move their ticket to another event/date however; you would need to do this from the backend.
If you would like to edit the ticket email, you can add this text in by doing a template override. Our themer’s guide has instructions on doing this, and the template you’ll want to copy and edit can be found at wp-content/plugins/event-tickets/src/views/tickets/email.php. We also recently did a webinar on doing template overrides that might help you out with this.
We are limited in the amount of support that we can provide for customizations, but if you get stuck or have any questions, please let me know – I’ll be happy to point you in the right direction!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Alex,
Thanks for checking out our plugins!
For selling tickets, you would actually want to go with Event Tickets (which lets you create RSVP-style tickets or sell tickets directly through PayPal) or Event Tickets Plus (which lets you integrate with WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads to sell tickets). With any of these options, you will have an Attendees page, where you can view a list of those who have signed up, see the status of the order (for paid tickets), and check in attendees. From this page, you can also export a list of attendees. If you go with WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads as your ecommerce platform, you would also have any additional reporting features that come with those plugins.
We do offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase, so if you’d like to take Event Tickets Plus for a test run, feel free to do so! Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHello,
Thanks for reaching out!
I think your best bet here would be to use the Events List widget, which includes the date and venue by default and does allow you to filter by category. We do have some shortcodes that allow you to display widgets anywhere on your site.
To add in the organizer, you could do a template override and use the tribe_get_organizer function (or one of the other functions listed here to get specific organizer details) to display the organizer for each event. The template for this widget can be found at wp-content/plugins/events-calendar-pro/src/views/pro/widgets/list-widget.php.
To change/remove the styling, you would need to add some CSS.
We are limited in the amount of support that we can provide for customizations, but if you get stuck or have any questions, please let me know – I’ll be happy to point you in the right direction!
Thanks,
Jennifer
