KeymasterHi Linda,
Unfortunately the links aren’t opening…OneDrive files should have a specific “share” link. Can you try using that instead for the system info PDF and video? I looked into this a bit further, and it would also be a good idea to check and see if there are any JavaScript errors on the page. You can do this by opening up the console (right-click on the page, select “Inspect”, and click over to the Console) and then going through the steps to reproduce the error.
Let me know what you find!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHello,
We actually do have some options for changing colors on events pages under Appearance > Customize > The Events Calendar! However, your theme can also have a large impact on how the events pages are displayed. Try adjusting the Default stylesheet used for events templates and Events template settings under Events > Settings > Display. These control how much the events pages inherit styling from your site’s theme.
I’d also recommend taking a look at the following articles:
Stylesheets and Page Templates
The Events Calendar Category Colors
Basic Font and Color Changes with CSS
Let me know if that helps and if you have any questions!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Eric,
Thanks for following up and outlining those steps. I tested them out but was not able to recreate the issue with a blank venue being created. When I hit “Save Draft”, the venue box was blank but no venue was selected.
Regarding the dates, the title is a required field, so the event won’t be saved without it. You can always go back and change the title though, along with the permalink that is displayed underneath it.
If you need further assistance with troubleshooting the venue issue, can you please post this question over in our community forum on wordpress.org? You can also get in-depth support in our premium forums here by purchasing a premium license. We use our Pre-Sales forum to answer questions on product features for those interested in purchasing them.
Thanks!

KeymasterHi Mike,
I’m sorry about the delayed response, our forums have been quite busy here lately! Can you try clearing out the cache from within the W3 Total Cache plugin and disabling the month view cache setting under Events > Settings > Display (see screenshot)?
This has worked for some other users who were still running into the issue after performing all of the updates.
Mike, if you are still running into this issue, could you try the steps I mentioned above and let me know if that works for you as well?
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHello,
I’m sorry to hear you’re still running into this issue! Can you try disabling the month view cache setting under Events > Settings > Display (see screenshot) and see if that makes a difference? If you have any other caching happening at the site level (such as a plugin) or on your server, can you please try clearing that as well?
Let me know if that works!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Paul,
Thanks for reaching out! You found the right file, so in there you can remove or comment out this line (line 43):
<?php tribe_get_template_part( 'community/modules/taxonomy', null, array( 'taxonomy' => 'post_tag' ) ); ?>Let me know if that works for you!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Ángela,
I’m sorry to hear you haven’t been able to download the plugin! Occasionally users are not able to download automatically and will need to download manually following the instructions outlined here. Can you please give that a try and let me know if it works for you?
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterThanks for posting that request Richard! I am posting the link here as well in case other users come across this thread looking for the same solution – in that case, they can cast their vote for the request. The more votes it gets, the more likely it is to be implemented!
I’ll go ahead and close out this thread for now, but please feel free to open up a new one if you have any other questions.
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Diane,
Thanks for sharing the screenshot! It looks like your settings are configured correctly, so I think this could be an issue with the permalink for that event. Can you try clearing the cache from within Comet Cache and then flushing the permalinks by going to Settings > Permalinks and clicking “Save”?
Were you able to confirm that this is still occurring with a default theme enabled and all other plugins disabled? I would pay special attention to Yoast when testing, as the settings there can sometimes cause odd behavior with links.
Let me know how it goes!
Thanks,
Jennifer
