ParticipantIndividual Event listing not showing up in recurring event.
I cannot get to the individual listing for this event. – not by clicking on more information (which takes me back to https://www.naturecoaster.com/event/haunted-tram-rides/all/) or by going to the event on the back end and clicking view event, which takes me to the recurring view again.
This event I manually entered into TEC Pro, and then chose recurring and added the second day, same time, etc.
When I removed the second day recurrence from the event, it works fine, but that is not how it is supposed to work.
Please respond asap so I can rig this to work until you get the system fixed.

KeymasterHi Diane,
I’m sorry you’re running into this issue, but I’ll be happy to help you get it figured out! I took a look at the link you sent, and I see what you mean on the first occurrence listed. The second occurrence seems to work properly, and it looks like other recurring events are working as expected (this one for instance takes you to the single event for all of the occurrences in that series).
So it seems like something is going wrong on the event itself. Could you please send me a screenshot of the event edit screen for that event? If you haven’t done so already, it would also be a good idea to do a quick conflict test. If needed, you can use WP Staging to create a quick copy of your live site that you can use for testing.
Thanks,
Jennifer

ParticipantHere is a screenshot of the top of the event screen. You are correct that the second instance of the event works properly. Hope you can figure it out.

KeymasterHi Diane,
Thanks for sharing the screenshot! It looks like your settings are configured correctly, so I think this could be an issue with the permalink for that event. Can you try clearing the cache from within Comet Cache and then flushing the permalinks by going to Settings > Permalinks and clicking “Save”?
Were you able to confirm that this is still occurring with a default theme enabled and all other plugins disabled? I would pay special attention to Yoast when testing, as the settings there can sometimes cause odd behavior with links.
Let me know how it goes!
Thanks,
Jennifer
