KeymasterThat’s correct, the front end form is part of Community Events, not Pro. Sorry for the confusion there! If you’d like to test it out, we do offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase, so feel free to do so!

KeymasterI completely understand, and we are definitely working on it! I wish I could give you a timeline as to when it may be released, but unfortunately I don’t have one at the moment.
Thanks for casting your vote for the request though! We’ll post updates there as we make progress on that feature.

KeymasterThanks so much for sending those files! I installed your theme and am seeing the incorrect date, which indicates that there is a conflict. I’m doing some testing now to see if I can pinpoint it. I’ll let you know what I find!

KeymasterHi Carole,
I’m sorry to hear you’re running into issues with the ticket stock!
First, I do want to mention that the stock needs to be adjusted manually when you move a ticket…with either of these two events, did you delete or move any tickets to/from those events?
Regarding the Details section, it does look like the users did not provide information you asked for. Were the fields set to “required”? If so, then users should not be able to add the ticket to their cart without filling them out. Could you please send me a screenshot of the edit screen for the ticket on the Nov. 18th event that you linked to (with the sections expanded) so that I can take a look at the settings? If you’re running into the same problem with any upcoming events, could you please send me a link to one of those events as well so that I can take a look at the ticket form on the front end?
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Nick,
I’m having my team take a look at this one since I’m having a hard time recreating it in any of my browsers. I’ll let you know what they say here shortly! Hopefully we can recommend some CSS to get those images sized correctly for you!

KeymasterHi Johan,
No problem, I’m glad that will work for you! I’ll go ahead and close out this thread, but please feel free to open a new one if you have any other questions!
Thanks,

KeymasterHi Jana,
There is only one template for tickets, but you could edit it to conditionally display the date based on whether or not the event is recurring. This will require some PHP knowledge, and even though we are not able to do customizations at this time, we are happy to point you in the right direction and answer any questions you might have over in our premium support forums!

KeymasterHi Michael,
I’m sorry that Event Tickets Plus isn’t working out for you! If you have any questions on getting it to do something that you haven’t been able to so far, please let me know and I’ll be happy to help you figure it out or point you in the right direction on customizing it if possible.
Otherwise, you can request a refund by submitting the form on this page, and we’ll process it for you!
Thanks,
Jennifer
November 19, 2017 at 11:41 pm in reply to: remove tribe-events-nav-previous if event has past #1386914Jennifer
KeymasterHi Tristan,
Thanks for reaching out! Unfortunately I think this will be a bit more difficult than it may seem if you are wanting to hide the “previous event” link on an event based on whether or not the event before it has passed or not. There isn’t any CSS I can give you to target the link based on the previous event.
If you’d like to do it with a customization, our themer’s guide is the place to start! We’re not able to do customizations for you, but if you get stuck or have any questions, please let me know! I’ll be happy to point you in the right direction.
Your best bet (and simplest solution) may be to remove the previous event link entirely, regardless of whether or not the previous event has passed. I’m sorry I don’t have a better answer for you, but I hope this helps!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Shah,
You actually need Community Tickets, which requires Event Tickets to run, in order to allow users to create tickets from the front end of your site. If you would like users to be able to sell tickets from the front end (or for you to create paid tickets on the back end), you would need Event Tickets Plus.
We do offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase, so if you’d like to test out Event Tickets Plus and/or Community Tickets, feel free to do so! Please let me know if you have any other questions.
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Robert,
I’m sorry to hear you’re not able to make tickets! Could you please send me a screenshot of what you see in the ticket section of the event edit page?
Are you able to create paid tickets on the backend but not see them on the front end, or are you not able to create them at all? If you haven’t done so already, it would also be a good idea to try testing for conflicts with your theme and other plugins. The free WP Staging plugin will let you create a quick copy of your live site that you can use for testing (in case you don’t already have a testing environment).
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHello,
No problem, I just switched out your license! You’ll receive an email with the new key.
This article has some instructions on adding your new key, and I’d recommend taking a look at our new user primer article for Pro to help you get up and running.
Let me know if you have any questions on getting set up with Pro or if you run into any issues.
Thanks,

November 19, 2017 at 11:27 pm in reply to: Calendar Pro – recurring events – unique content per recurring event #1386904Jennifer
KeymasterHi Jerry,
Unfortunately there is not a way to change information for specific instances of a recurring event. Sorry for the bad news there! However, we are working on implementing this functionality in the future, both for tickets and for event details. I’d recommend casting your vote for those feature requests (found at the links I included) so that you can stay up to date as we make progress on those new features. This also helps us determine which new features are the highest priority for our users so that we can plan our development efforts accordingly.
I’m sorry I don’t have a better solution for you in the meantime, but please let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jennifer
