KeymasterHello,
Nice job finding the conflict, and thanks for letting us know about this! I’m not familiar with that particular plugin, so I am not sure why it isn’t getting along well with ours. However, I am glad that everything is working for you now.
If there is anything else that I can help with, please let me know!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Xavier,
Thanks for testing that out! We are currently trying to narrow down the source of the issue, but as soon as we have an answer for you, we’ll let you know here.
I’m sorry for the inconvenience this is causing, but thank you for your patience as we work on getting this resolved!

KeymasterHi Jordan,
I’m sorry you’re running into this issue with the views, but I’ll be happy to help you figure out what’s going on.
First, can you try upgrading to the current versions of WordPress (4.9.1), The Events Calendar (4.6.9), and Events Calendar Pro (4.4.21)? I would recommend doing this first in a testing environment, as your current version of WordPress is quite a bit older. If you don’t have a testing environment, the free WP Staging plugin will let you create a quick copy of your site that you can use for testing.
If updating doesn’t solve this, the next step would be to test for conflicts with your theme and other plugins. Please let me know what you find!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Kevin,
I’m glad you were able to find a workaround for this in the meantime! We just released Event Tickets 4.6.3. Can you try updating and see if this is resolved? If you don’t see a prompt to update in the Plugins section, you can do so manually by following these instructions. You’ll want to also update The Events Calendar (current version is 4.6.9).
I tested it out on my end, and the start/end dates were working as expected. Please let me know if you’re getting the same thing!
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Ed,
I’m sorry for the delay in response here, your thread wasn’t showing up as waiting on my end – so sorry about that!
I don’t have an update for you yet, and unfortunately I can’t give you a timeline yet as to when this will be released. However, we will let you know here as soon as we do have an update.
Thanks for your patience here, and I hope to have some news for you soon!

KeymasterHi Elizabeth,
Thanks for sending the link! I took a look at the rows you pointed out, but they are displaying correctly on my end (see screenshot). If you’re seeing something different, can you please send me a screenshot? Is this happening every time you visit the page, or is it something you only notice at certain times?
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Jay,
Thanks for checking out our plugins!
With Community Events, you do have the option to require users to be logged in to submit events, but the plugin uses the standard WordPress user accounts on your site (it does not have its own user management functionality). So, the entire registration process would need to be handled outside of Community Events, but you do have some control over the permission levels that can access the form (see screenshot).
Events Calendar Pro does come with the ability to add extra fields to events, which also show up on the Community submission form.
If you’d like to test it out with a membership plugin, we do offer full refunds within 30 days of purchase, so feel free to do so! Please let me know if you have any questions.
Thanks,
Jennifer

KeymasterHi Andrei,
I’m sorry the shortcodes won’t work out! I assume you’re wanting to let users create regular WordPress image galleries?
I can definitely see other users benefiting from this feature as well – could you please post this as a feature request over in our Feature Ideas Forum? This is what we use to gauge user interest in new features and help guide future development efforts.
I’m sorry I don’t have a better solution for you at the moment, but if there is anything else I can help with, please let me know!

KeymasterHi David,
Can you try increasing the memory limit to see if that solves the issue? Just to make sure, when you did this testing, did you have a default theme enabled and all other plugins disabled?
If increasing the memory limit does not make a difference, can you tell me if you are getting this same message anywhere else on your site, or only when trying to create tickets?
January 15, 2018 at 1:23 pm in reply to: Tickets not Displaying even if configured on backend #1426878Jennifer
KeymasterThanks Evangelie! It looks like for both tickets, the “Start sale” date/time was in the future, which is why it was not appearing on the front end. Can you try changing the start date on one of the tickets so that the current date/time is within the sale window to make sure that the tickets do then appear on the front end?

KeymasterHi Eric,
No problem! I’m sorry I don’t have a one-click solution for you here, but I would recommend trying out the snippets here, and if you do want to continue working on this later, please let us know. This thread will close automatically after two weeks on inactivity, but you can open up a new one any time 🙂
