KeymasterHi Bart,
Thanks for providing me with that information. I tried importing the URL that is not working for you and things worked as expected for me. I set up a Scheduled Import and the event was imported and there was also a record of the import in my database.
Can you please enable WP_DEBUG and WP_DEBUG_LOG and share any debug messages you see?
Also, the screenshot you referenced was not attached, would you mind re-attaching?
Does the event appear on your calendar and just not in your database? Or does the event not import at all?
Let me know if you have any other questions in the meantime!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Michael,
As a first step, did you have a chance to see if altering the stylesheets and page templates made any difference?
Just to let you know, we are limited by our Support Policy in how much we can help with customizations, but I will try to point you in the right direction.
If you suspect that the z-index is the issue, I’d recommend using Google Chrome Developer Tools to help you try to resolve your issue:

Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Ashley,
I just tested this functionality and it did work for me, so let me take you through the steps:
- Create a new event in the future
- Create a ticket for that event, but change the Start/End date to be in the past
- Ticket will not appear on front end, but event will appear as an upcoming event
- Go to WooCommerce > Orders and add a new order
- Add product and select the ticket for your event
- Recalculate and add Customer information at the top
- Create order
- Go to Attendees tab and see ticket added for order
Let me know if that works for you!
Thanks,
Jaime
May 7, 2018 at 7:37 am in reply to: How can make the The Events Calendar plugin Yearly view #1524304Jaime Marchwinski
KeymasterThanks so much for reaching out and for your interest in our products!
Unfortunately, out of the box there is no Yearly View, however there are a variety of other views that may suit your needs.
You may be able to make this happen with some customizations on your own.
I’d recommend starting off by taking a look at our Themer’s Guide, which can show you which templates can be edited and copied in order to achieve the results that you are looking for.
If this functionality is a requirement for your intended project, I’d suggest that a third-party developer would be the best way to make this feature happen on a short timeline. ? We maintain a list of developers who work with our plugins on our Knowledgebase here:

Let me know if you have any other questions!

KeymasterHi Lydia,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Unfortunately, we don’t provide that functionality within our plugin. However, I would recommend using a plugin to achieve this. https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-all-export/ seems to filter down to just the fields you would be looking for.
If you have any other The Events Calendar related questions, please post a new thread on our WordPress.org forum.
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Jo-Anne,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
As a first step, can you take a screenshot of what this event looks like on the backend, so that I can try to replicate things on my end as well?
Also, one thing you can do is to alter the total_sales custom field on the WooCommerce Product page that is associated with the ticket that you are trying to edit. You can change that number to reflect the actual number of attendees that you have, which will then change what you see in your Attendees tab.
Let me know if that helps!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Ashley,
Thanks for reaching out again here!
To hide tickets, you can set the start and end sale dates to be in the past, which will prevent them from showing up on the front end.
You can then manually add the order in WooCommerce and either add the WordPress user there, or checkout as a guest, and add the associated email address there.
Let me know if that helps!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Nadav,
Thanks so much for getting that information to me. And just to confirm, have you tried disabling all other plugins and switching to a default WordPress theme, like ‘Twentyseventeen’?
I ask because I see a number of notices related to other plugins and theme, and I just want to double check that there is no conflict at play here.
Let me know how that goes and if you have any other questions along the way!
Thanks,
Jaime

Thanks so much for reaching out!
As a first troubleshooting step, could you please provide us with your complete system information in a private reply using the instructions found in the following link?

In addition, can you provide me with the URL that you are trying to import, so that I can do some testing on my end?
Also, can you enable and check the Event Log under Events < Help to see if you see anything unusual?
If you don’t see any errors, could you please flush your transients using a plugin like Transients Manager or via server, using WP-CLI? You can flush all of your transients (WordPress will repopulate them as necessary), or just the one associated with our plugin: “tribe_aggregator_origins”.
Sometimes this transient caches the response from our server informing that your license is still not present/activated in your site, even though it is.
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Fabian,
If you change the End of Day cutoff to something like 2am under Events Settings < General, then the event should only show up on the first day.
Let me know if that helps!

Right under that is your Event Aggregator Status. Can you take a screenshot of what you see there?

KeymasterHi Joanne,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
The calendar is indeed considered and treated as an archive page. So unfortunately you may need to adjust things accordingly.
One thing I would recommend playing around with are the stylesheets and page templates that are being using for the calendar pages, and see if that helps you to get closer to achieving the layout that you are looking for:

Let me know if you have any other questions on this topic!
Thanks,
