KeymasterHi Gianni,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Unfortunately, this feature is currently not available through our plugin. We do have this feature logged and are currently working on a solution.
In the meantime, you can try implementing the snippet provided at the end of the following forum thread:
https://theeventscalendar.com/support/forums/topic/email-notifications-for-site-owner/
Let me know if that helps!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Dave,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Can you take a screenshot of what this event/venue looks like on the backend, so that I can try to replicate things on my end?
In the meantime, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.
This is usually because of:- A conflict with another plugin
- A conflict with your WordPress theme
- A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating
When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.
A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.
The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:
- Make a backup of your database
- Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Roland,
You can edit the email template by following these instructions. The template can be found at wp-content/plugins/event-tickets/src/views/tickets/email.php. You’ll need to first copy the original template into your child theme, and then you can edit your copy (this will then override the original).
Let me know if you have any questions!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Mustafa,
You can purchase a Personal License if it is just being used on one site.
You can read more about that process here:

KeymasterHi Marko,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
Unfortunately something like that does not exist within our plugin alone. It may be possible for you to implement a similar solution with the use of a third-party plugin or customization.
You can also add this idea to our Feature Requests, as we tend to implement ideas based on customer feedback, so your input is greatly appreciated:

KeymasterHi Tyler,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
You can try hiding tickets from the front-end, using some CSS, which you would add to your WordPress Customizer or theme’s stylesheet:
.single-tribe_events #tribe-events-content form.cart {
display: none;
}Alternatively, to hide tickets, you can set the start and end sale dates to be in the past, which will prevent them from showing up on the front end.
You could also create a separate, members-only calendar, so that it is a completely private calendar for certain users:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/making-members-calendar/
One other option would be to try to integrate a third-party plugin, like Members, to create custom capabilities for users.
This article may also be of use to in that situation:

Let me know if you have any other questions on this topic!
Thanks,

KeymasterHi Harlo,
Thanks so much for reaching out and for your interest in our products!
With Event Tickets, you can add RSVPs to your events. If you’d like additional features, like QR code check-in and shared stock capabilities, you may be interested in purchasing Event Tickets Plus.
Let me know if you have any other questions!
