Ticket shows no date and time

The ticket (E-mail) does not show date and time as shown in the example on https://ps.w.org/event-tickets/assets/screenshot-6.png?rev=1839593

Hi Jaime!

I meant the tickets that people use to get in to the actual event.

And this is what we get (see attached). As you can see there’s no line with date and time…

Hi Roland,

You can edit the email template by following these instructions. The template can be found at wp-content/plugins/event-tickets/src/views/tickets/email.php. You’ll need to first copy the original template into your child theme, and then you can edit your copy (this will then override the original).
