    Hi there,
    I’m have a problem with inventory counts

    I have a max capacity set as 15. I have only 8 attendees, but on the website it shows a Sold Out.

    What can I do about that?

    Thanks so much for reaching out!

    As a first step, can you take a screenshot of what this event looks like on the backend, so that I can try to replicate things on my end as well?

    Also, one thing you can do is to alter the total_sales custom field on the WooCommerce Product page that is associated with the ticket that you are trying to edit.<span class=”Apple-converted-space”>  </span>You can change that number to reflect the actual number of attendees that you have, which will then change what you see in your Attendees tab.
