KeymasterHi Brenda,
Thanks for reaching out!
I’m sorry to hear that you are having an issue with adding multiple Community Events on your site.
As a first step, let’s try to rule out if there is some type of conflict at play.
This is usually because of:1. A conflict with another plugin
2. A conflict with your WordPress theme
3. A template customization for the Events Calendar that requires updating
When it comes to that type of issue, it is preferable to troubleshoot in a staging environment if you have one.
A first quick test is to simply temporarily revert back to a default WordPress theme such as twenty-sixteen to see if the issue persists.
The next step would be to go through our testing for conflicts procedure and let us know what you find out.
Basically the goal here is to revert back to a bare WordPress installation to see if the problem persists. It also allows us to pinpoint what the cause of the issue is.
But, before you do that, there are 2 things I would advise:
1. Make a backup of your database
2. Consider activating a “Maintenance Page” plugin if you are doing this on your live site (to minimize impact on your visitors)
Let me know how that goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

I’m sorry that you are experiencing this issue on your site. Unfortunately, we are still working on this feature and I can’t give an exact ETA on it. Here is the feature request for this feature, which you are welcome to vote on: https://tribe.uservoice.com/forums/195723-feature-ideas/suggestions/3685663-recurring-event-support-for-tickets

Thanks so much for reaching out and for your interest in our products!
Recurring events are one of the main features of Events Calendar PRO that are only available for the PRO version of our plugin.
Please feel free to check out our demo, so that you can get a sense of what our plugins can do.

KeymasterHi Ihtezaz,
You should be able to view the errors at https://www.mcrgreater.co.uk/wp-content/debug.log, though I am not seeing a page there, so perhaps it is not configured properly. Would you mind checking again that it is enabled?
I would like to test this on my own site and want to make sure that I am replicating the same settings. Just to clarify, you see this issue when an event is created that lasts for 2 months. Is this event recurring as part of a series? So far, I’m not able to replicate this issue. Would you mind taking a screenshot of the settings on your Event Page, something like this:

You may also be interested in this Recurring Events Cleanup Tool. It sounds like you have a significant number of recurring events on your site and you may want to look into cleaning them up, in order to increase the speed on your site.
One more thing you may want to look into is what settings you have in Events Settings<General. You can choose to clean up events sooner if you wish, which may help.
Let me know how it goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Cinnamon,
Community Events are tied to Organizers, and are created by Users, but Organizers and Users are not tied to one another. You could search events by Organizer, but you would set up each Organizer manually, rather than having them each tied to a WordPress User.
Our products are highly customizable, and it may be possible to achieve what you are looking for with some customizations. We maintain a list of developers who work with our plugins on our Knowledgebase here:
https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/find-a-customizer/
You are welcome to add this idea to our feature requests, as we take our customer feedback into account when implementing new features:

Please let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Dennis,
You will want to put 284 as the total sales number. This will take into account the number of cancelled tickets. It should look something like this:

You have to click Update on the custom field, as well as on the page itself, in the right sidebar.
Let me know how it goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Cliff,
Thanks so much for reaching out and for your interest in our products!
With our Filter Bar plugin, you can search through events in many ways, one of them being with tags.
You can read more about how The Events Calendar handles tags here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/event-tags/, as there are many options.
Please let me know if you have any other questions!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Mike,
Thanks so much for reaching out!
I’m sorry to hear that your daily imports don’t seem to be working. Your settings should look something like this:

Are you seeing any error messages related to your imports? If so, please share!
Also, please update your Events Calendar PRO plugin and try again to see if your scheduled imports work.
Let me know how it goes!
Thanks,
Jaime

KeymasterHi Cinnamon,
Thanks so much for reaching out and for your interest in our products!
With our products, you have the ability to list Organizers right on your site, with the help of this handy extension.
With Community Events, you can require Users to login to your site before creating an event. In other words, they would need to have an account (or create an account) on your site, which is handled in WordPress. You can see more about Community Events Settings here: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/community-events-settings/
I hope this helps to answer your questions, please let me know if you need any further clarity!
Thanks,
Jaime

I’m sorry to hear that your site is running slowly with use of our plugins.
As a first step, please have a look at our Performance Considerations and see if there is anything you can adjust in order to help your site run better:

Although it sounds like you have already gone this route, here is our article on caching: https://theeventscalendar.com/knowledgebase/caching-basics/
Let me know how it goes and if you need any further assistance on this topic!

KeymasterHi Martin,
Thanks so much for reaching out and for your interest in our products!
With Event Aggregator, you can create events in Facebook and import them into your calendar on your site. You can set this up as a one-time import or schedule imports, if you prefer.
Unfortunately, there isn’t currently a straightforward way to import events from our plugins into Facebook–this is a limitation of the Facebook platform and not something we’re able to control. However, we do support export of all event views to iCal/ICS format, which can be imported into a number of other desktop and web-based applications (such as Google Calendar). You can read more about our export features and how they work on our Knowledgebase here!
I hope this helps to answer your question, please let me know if anything else comes up!
Thanks,
Jaime
