    Hi!

I am thinking about buying the events calendar pro together with the event aggregator.

I just wonder if I can create an event on facebook and import it to the events calendar plugin

    AND

Create events in the plugin on my site and export the events to Facebook.

    Possible?
    Which one is best practice?

    Best regards
    Martin

    Hi Martin,

Thanks so much for reaching out and for your interest in our products!

With Event Aggregator, you can create events in Facebook and import them into your calendar on your site.  You can set this up as a one-time import or schedule imports, if you prefer.

Unfortunately, there isn’t currently a straightforward way to import events from our plugins into Facebook–this is a limitation of the Facebook platform and not something we’re able to control. However, we do support export of all event views to iCal/ICS format, which can be imported into a number of other desktop and web-based applications (such as Google Calendar). You can read more about our export features and how they work on our Knowledgebase here!

I hope this helps to answer your question, please let me know if anything else comes up!

    Thanks,

    Jaime
